We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the crib prepared for our baby was spotless and perfectly arranged. Having a microwave in the room was also a big plus. All the staff were friendly and positive, and we would like to give a special thank-you to Caroline at the reception for her warm attitude towards us and our baby. The hotel is well-organized, close to many places to visit, and the children’s play area in the lobby was a lovely touch. We were two families traveling with two 1-year-old babies, and we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit.

Perfect location, great facilities. Carolina at the reception was super nice.

Excellent location. Front desk staff (especially Ivan) was so very helpful and friendly!

Room was nice, clean and had enough space for our family (2+1). Excellent breakfast.

The room is big with many facilities and private parking is safe and convenient. Staff are friendly and breakfast is good

They turned the Acc off and it was hot and difficult to sleep they kept saying we locked them temp -at 22 but there was only fan no ac

Good location

Expensive parkingThe bathroom was dirty, smell of shit

Everything was excellent, location closed to Petite Venise and other attractions, spacious room with bathtub and shower, food in breakfast lines, free-flow water fountain, and helpful staff.

Body lotion should be provided with toiletries

One of the best hotels of our trip! Big, quiet rooms with lots of space & seating. Strong air conditioning. Excellent staff. Very secure bike storage. Wonderful food options. Located a bit out of the central area but in easy walking distance.

There is another Novotel in Colmar - don’t get them confused!

The room and breakfast were very good. The location was excellent

The internet was weak.

Great location, within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was good, the staff was friendly, and the underground parking was very convenient. The air conditioning worked well, and the room was comfortable overall – we had a pleasant stay.

The only downside was the lack of proper ventilation in the bathroom, which made it feel a bit stuffy after showers.

Very nice stay. Good location with easy walk to old town. Parking available.

Underground parking is tight -watch if you have a larger vehicle.

I didn’t stay cause they sold my reservation to someone else

They canceled my no refundable reservation or sold to someone else

Location, value, modernized rooms, car garage on site.

Good location, good breakfast and clean and spacious room. Bad was comfortable.

The hotel room was big enough for our family of 3. They converted one sofa into bed for our kid. The room was super clean and comfy. The location is great especially if you have a car. It has an underground parking (though it is 20€ per night). You can walk in 5 min to the center. The breakfast was also good for our liking.

Overall there is nothing to highlight

spacious modern rooms and helpful welcoming staff

Staff very good. Clean convenient location. Very quiet. Bed ok. Shower nice.

Towels a little scratchy. Pillows hard and need to be replaced.

Excellent location, walking distance from old town. Clean and friendly
