Breakfast. It is an extra 16 euros and nowhere meets the standard of their evening meal. There is little choice and not much of it!

I would have liked a shower instead of a bathtub

The location is excellent. Attentive staff, and spotlessly clean.

Having the toilet and bathroom separated in the room reduces the comfort.

The location is excellent, right in the city center within easy walking distance of all the sites including Little Venice. The private secure parking is something that can usually be hard to find, especially in historic areas so it was much appreciated. The staff were all very nice. We had room #103 which had a completely separate water closet from the shower area. The bedding and the room were well appointed, stylish and comfortable.

No USB charging ports. It would be a nice addition even if only be or two on a lamp base or something.

Parking was a little wonky and complex

The internet did not work reliably in our room, so I had to go to the lobby.

The front desk staff did not measure up to that of a fine hotel. When I asked them to add my Relais and Chateaux number to my record they handed me a card and asked me to email it to them. When we asked them to confirm our dinner reservation (where we had left a voice mail but had no confirmation) they told us to come back later because the restaurant was closed in the afternoon; when we came back at 6 p.m., one staff member consulted another who said our restaurant was closed for summer vacation. So we made a new reservation at another restaurant. We had just finished our first course there when we received a telephone call from the first restaurant asking if we were still coming. Thank you for nothing, Maison des Tetes front staff.

Historic hotel in very center of ancient town of Colmar

Excellent location within a historical building in the old city of Colmar.Beautiful rooms.Excellent breakfast.

Less facilities than expected for a 5 star hotel.Dinner at the historic brasserie was a bit disappointing.Limited parking availability at the hotel, but close public parking was available.

Wonderful accommodations, breakfast was great and staff was friendly and helpful. Dinner at two of their three restaurants were excellent!

We love this unusual accommodation and it's location. This was our second stay and , as with our first, we were not disappointed. Wonderful breakfast.

Sadly both restaurants were closed but we were very happy to be pointed to another great place.

Everything! The room was large, comfortable and the bedding was exquisite! When we arrived the staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. Paulina and Lauren were fantastic! The attention to detail was appreciated and housekeeping was also excellent. Try one of the restaurants onsite for a wonderful dining experience. Breakfast is worthwhile, so ensure that you do that. Overall, a great stay in a wonderful location in the heart of Colmar.

The only thing we needed extra help with was finding the parking. Streets were closed so I had to drop my wife off to find the hotel and drop a pin.

Breakfast is very good, tasty and staffs are very polite. location is very convenient.

I notice some people could not finish breakfast so those got wasted. Maybe offer less bread at the beginning and add if more is needed.

The mattress was full of holes and not comfortable even after turning it. Not a five star hotel worthy.Room 103 was just above entrance restaurant at the patio and this was a smokers location. Therefore not able to open windows of our room
