Very good

This is a good hotel, with pleasant, friendly staff, but, please, please - fix the WiFi! It barely worked on my computer - most of the time it did not work. My colleagues who stayed at the same hotel complained as well. It's a good thing i did not have any online meetings planned for those days, but what if I did?

Easy to reach and parking in front of the hotel. Easy check in and check out. Nice breakfast

The rooms are a little bit outdated but normal in many parts of Germany

Everything! Beautiful fresh and clean hotel with incredibly friendly and wonderful staff. The rooms were fresh and clean, everything looked new, breakfast is included, and it was fantastic, everything you could possibly need for breakfast and then some!! Wonderful option, walking distance to everything, the staff went above and beyond to take care of us.

The staff were excellent and our room was fabulous. As I was travelling with my son, this was a real bonus because we had great space. The breakfast was incredible. We were able to check out late and the hotel looked after our luggage at no extra charge after we checked out. This allowed us to explore the city. I'm just sorry we were too tired to use the pool. I would definitely stay again and for longer.

I think their front door needs a paint because it doesn't reflect how wonderful the hotel is.

Excellent breakfast and clean rooms. Conveniently located within a pleasant 15-minute walk to downtown along a pedestrian street. Situated in a quiet neighborhood.

The sink and tap in the bathroom were constructed from iron and wood, which, in my opinion, is not the most suitable choice for a hotel.

The family room was quite large and very clean, the beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful, parking was ok.

The breakfast could be better, the food didn’t look very fresh. The shower didn’t work very well. At 240€ per night the family room is quite too expensive.

Breakfast was good, as well as the location. The rooms were clean and the 4-person room was spacious.

The fact that upon booking it is not advertised that some rooms are in a separate building which is pretty old and without reception. The entrance of such building looked more like a school than a hotel. Moreover, the bathrooms smelled pretty bad upon our arrival. Finally, the rooms seem to be brand new and luxurious in the pictures advertised, but are in fact quite old - especially the bathrooms. Part of my family stayed in a 4 people room in the main building and the other part had to stay in a 2- people room in the separate building so I believe our experience gave us a very clear depiction of how the hotel is.

Bad

Everything was bad in the hotel (the room, facilities, staff) ... Literally everything.I had bad neighbors, the problem was 2 rooms had fought against each other, broke many things in the hotel & after the staff interfered they stopped, only to start again in a while, I asked to get a separate room from the staff but they hung up without saying a word & I swear that I was completely polite & didn't say anything other than that, I was scared the whole night & didn't help me to learn for my exam in the next morning.I don't & won't recommend it to anyone in my life.Worst life experience ever, I'm shocked how they treated me & the next day could look me in the eyes !!!

We enjoyed a lovely evening meal and breakfast in the restaurant. It was convenient to walk into the city centre and we were able to park on site.

The room lacked air conditioning which made it difficult to sleep as it was too hot.

A wonderful little hotel in a quiet part of town. Nearby access to bus stop but also a very walkable distance to the university, river, and old town. Parks and green spaces are also nearby. A fantastic breakfast was included and the staff was very friendly. The Greek restaurant in the hotel had wonderful food and generous portions. Excellent service at the restaurant with pleasant patio seating. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

A bit of a walk to the city center but could easily have caught a bus if you didnt want to walk.

The area was quiet. The restaurant was excellent. We had dinner and breakfast.

There was no soap in the bathroom, and it was difficult to switch from the overhead shower head to the hand shower.

THe breakfast was excellemt, the staff were efficient and friendly. The room was very comfortable. A very good breakfast.

It was difficult to work on my computer because where the desk was there was no light and no electric socket.

The breakfast was great, lots of choices. Room though small for a single person, had everything one needed

My room had a very strong smell of perfume, which was so strong I had it in my nose for days thereafter

Nice and clean place. Not far from the city center. There is a restourant too. Not very convenient with a heavy luggage as there is no elevator.
