It is in a great location

There is only one drawer in the room. There is no places to put your stuff. Room cleaning ladies could improve.

The hotel was in a great location, was clean, and the room was comfortable. The parking lot for he hotel was full, so we needed to park in a lot that required a walk, although the lot ran smoothly. Breakfast was fine, but in a large room with no distinguishing charm.

The actual entrance to the hotel is not on the street that is the address for the hotel, so we had a little trouble determining where it was as the door also doesn't contain the hotel's name. The staff tended to be impersonal and somewhat unhelpful. The general sense we received from both staff and the breakfast area was impersonal.

The family room is very spacious and the bed has no gap, which allows the baby to sleep in its own bed.

The hotel was located extremely close to the historical district as well as to shopping and dining yet the room was not too noisy. The staff were warm, welcoming, and spoke English. The room was comfortable and we would stay there again if we were in the area.

Given the nice weather, I was surprised not more guests chose to eat outside on the balcony, and I wished the staff would have ventilated the dining room more for safety precautions. There was some street noise at night.

Hotel Krone is the most amazing hotel for the price. We hadn't expected to have such an enormous room with large, comfortable sofas and massive TV at one end, a workstation with ipad, desk and coffee machine in the central part, and very comfortable bed at the other end. Air conditioning was much appreciated as the weather was unusually hot during our stay. The bathroom was almost the size of a small hotel room. The soft carpeting throughout the hotel, the well trained, friendly and efficient staff made it feel much more like a luxury hotel. The hotel is ideally situated to explore Tubingen and also close to the railway station. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

Only one thing could have improved our stay; having a kettle in our room with a greater selection of hot drink options. In the scheme of things, a minor matter as the coffee machine was fine.

Excellent location right in the heart of Tubingen. The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Very nice room. Rooms are well insulated from noise.

The modern and spacious bedroom, the big walking-in shower, the well equipped kitchen and the vicinity to the Neckar river.

Lovely room with a view of the Neckar riverbank, good parking facilities and a fabulous elegant breakfast in a spacious and beautifully decorated dining room. Very friendly, professional service. The decoration of the hallway on our floor with beautiful tromp d'yeus floral mural and the pretty flower arrangements at each table at breakfast were appreciated by us( We always felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

Location ideal. Good quality breakfast. Arranged taxis for us, made us hot water for night time tea, overall really excellent.

Fluffier towels but I am being picky!

Breakfast is standard 4* buffet, but the quality is good. I like the addition of bio smoothies and bio honey and would love to see them expand on bio choices. Staff is very customer oriented. Especially at the reception I was happy that they did their best to fulfill some specific wishes we had (we were a bit demanding). Location is very convenient near the Bahnhof and near busses on the Neckarbrücke. The city centre is at walking distance (5min). This was the second time we stayed at the hotel and we will come back again.

The coffee machine in the room is very welcome, but the coffee came out lukewarm. This must be something specific from that machine, because last visit it worked well in the other room we had. We were happy with the amount of space we had in the room, but the sofa was a bit uncomfortable.

Stuff at Sunday breakfast was overwhelmed. Everything missing on the buffet. No glasses, no butter, …
