Comfortable bed , clean spacious bathrooms. And the amazing view. Easy check in process and efficient staff. Good breakfast

Would’ve preferred if the place came with a microwave and a coffee maker. The sheer curtains can be too bright in the mornings and also won’t offer privacy, another room darkening curtain would be great

Very clean and comfortable hotel, staff is very friendly and helpful. We liked the location a lot, walking distance from the old center of the town. Restaurants and supermarkets are nearby. There is a bus line going to Baden-Baden close to the hotel (and you get a free-pass for public transport from the hotel). Good places for hiking are driving distance away, either by car or by bus.

Breakfast was ok, but very limited vegan options. We got some vegan additions from the supermarket though, making the breakfast more enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay. Very clean and spacious. Very good breakfast. Staff were very friendly and nice.

No staff after 1800. If my email failed (which it did 3 days later), we would not be able to access our room.

There was a street with plenty of free parking one block up. Don’t let them charge you for parking.

The bed was very firm, not quite like sleeping on a rock, but almost. Some rooms have A\C, some don’t. It’s a dice roll. I didn’t. Not a good summertime hotel. Felt like I was camping.

The apartment was big, airy and spotlessly clean! It also had a nice (not fenced) terrace. Perfect place for both us and our three dogs! Breakfast was delicious! Located within walking distance to the Old Town. Gernsbach is definitely worth a visit and we would love to stay here again!

The staff was super friendly and they even allowed us to check-in a bit earlier.The room was spacious and there was a big balcony. On the bed there was a robe and shoes. There was a nice selection of items for breakfast and an easy parking space in front of the hotel.

We had an apartment and it had everything. Good space, good balcony and overall very comfortable. Better still, all the staff were great - very friendly and helpful

The apartment was spectacular. Big, clean, nice views, quite…. I really recommend it.

Excellent breakfast Added unexpected bonus was how pretty Gernsbach Town is. Really easy short stroll away.Staff rang with key retrieval instructions beforehand. On arrival another member of staff checked we were OK..

As others have commented its a bit sterile. White box like room.Neighbouring residential area restricts privacy.

Breakfast was perfect! Good combination of eggs, sausages, yogurt, cereals, cold cuts and cheeses, breads, etc.Rooms are spacious and clean. We had a 21 month old with us and he loved being able to move about freely.

For me, personally, but not for the family, I found the mattress to be on the hard side but I got used to it for the second and last night. Otherwise, everything was great.

Very spacious and clean apartment. Covid related safety requirements were transparent and simple enough. Check-in and out procedure was quick and simple.
