Hotel Ruf

Parking was a pain. The railing outside the window was held together with random straps. Cigarette butts all over just outside the window. Elevator was tiny.

The bed was very comfortable and the location of the hotel was very good.

They could work a little bit more on the cleanliness.

Good location, good view and comfortable beds

I lived here for 8 days, and my room was cleaned once, and I had to ask the cleaner for that one cleaning

I recommend it to everyone, it was excellent both in terms of access, quietness and the availability of shopping stores.

Good price and large room

No garage

Second time we gave stayed here. Good location bit tired in places but generally OK. V good breakfast.

Carpets in communal areas need a clean !

OK hotel central with restaurants and cafes in the area plenty of parking near-by. Decent breakfast.

Enough lighting and quiet facing

Shower area overflows to basin area

Clean , breakfast was very good the Location is amazing

Passable

Lift slow floors grubby

The room itself looks good and very spacious.

We have came from a drive of 9hours and can you imagine the room smell smoke, very very bad, I have a 9 years old girl she was barely able to sleep had headache and could fall asleep. I went to the receptionist and said that the people who stayed in before us remove the smoke alarm and smoked all night inside the room and you can’t even breathe there. No reaction from the receptionist didn’t even ask maybe we can move your room or do anything nope he just looked at you as nothing he can do. Very disappointed even so the rooms are nice for a stay, but not in this condition. Very bad not recommended at all

I could not get inn i had to find a other hotell i was there before 23.00 i called many times but nobody answered

The beds, the cleaness,

We didnt like the shower door, where the toilet paper was placed.

Not worth the money.

Unclear parking instructions, non-communicative staff, cigarette smoke smell in the room, horrible lighting in the room, dirty carpet on the stairs.

Bad

Staff was not well behaved.. our room tv was not working and we book for three days .. the reception man just replied it was ok before you .. and check out time is 12 .. and the cleaning staff come without knocking the door at 11:30 am in the room shit hotel still staff and still facilities

Near to the HB station and city center. Thanks to God the paid parking place just 200 m away by walk.

Lower than an average breakfast. Finished items at the bufet adding very late. The coffe cups smelling when you pour the hot coffe or tea.The hotel is available under parking options. But when you reach there they show you parking place which you should pay. If there is no parking place why do you list yourself under this section.

Location near station is great. However it is above all lot of bars, so it is very loud at night. The rooms themselves are clean and comfortable.

The common areas such as lift, corridors etc are extremely dirty and smell very bad. In my room I opened the curtains and they fell to the ground.

Extremely friendly and helpful clerk, fantastic location, and room was nice. Shower was good too.

Door was not aligned properly and required me to lift it up to align the locks. In unit fan, which I was not even expecting, did not work.

Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Assorted teas and there was also the option of dairy free milk as my partner is allergic to dairy.

The carpets outside the rooms have a smell. Would be better to get rid of them.

The room was good, clean and as expected from the photo

Lots of noise from the clubs near the hotel, music and noise until 5am, very difficult to sleep. It's hot, I couldn't keep the windows closed. There's a small fan in the room, but it's not enough
