Hotel Europa Pforzheim

No restaurant on premises. Parking very small and tight. Streets are very narrow. No decent restaurants nearby. No coffee pot in room.

First and foremost, the staff was very responsive and helpful with respect to our delayed arrival.The check-in was automated and easy, the parking convenient and we had a very comfortable stay.

The breakfast was perfect for us. There was a very good selection of items at a great price.

The only thing I didn’t like was the flooring in the rooms. Tile would feel cleaner.

Great service for late arrivals. We arrived very late at night, around midnight and were able to check in with the automatic system at the front door. There was even a EV charging station around the corner.

Pillows were a bit soft.

Easy check in late. They have a machine that you can check in to the hotel.

No HOT water for 2 days that we stayed in one of the rooms. We told the front desk first day, came in late later on that day, the office was closed, still no hot water. Could not shower in the cold!

It’s not great, but it is one of the few options in the city

Free parking spaces advertised, but they are extremely limited. We were lucky to have a spot.

Easy booking with late check-in and clear instructions for checking in late. A good spot for an overnight stay on travel through Germany. Also great that we could stay here with our dog. Also street parking was available.

The location is only a short walk from the town centre. The staff in the morning were very friendly and the breakfast was very good. Fresh rolls, local cold meats & fruit.

The reception is only staffed part time so had to ask someone in the street for directions to town centre. The area seems a little run down, as does the hotel. Towels hard & old, carpets showing their age

Good position, friendly and helpful staff, bathroom is ok.Very good buffet breakfast, recommended for the price.

The bedroom (excluding the bathroom) was too old and smelly, it definitely needs a renovation. The pillows are very uncomfortable.

I reserved for 3 adult & we had the whole appartment, 2 rooms, bathrom,WC & kitchen. Breakfast is enough & there are superette not far....The Hotel is a 4 story building, so NO elevator

The only problem is the parking, there are 5 slots (parking hotel europa) I need to call the consierge so the car parked move OUT for us to park! the WORSE is on weekEnds, there is a shisha bar next to the Hotel & clients park WhereEVER ,even blocking the passage :(
