Location is great

Room was small

Very nice, clean hotel. Breakfast was very good.

The restaurant was very busy in the evening. Suggested waiting time was 1h so we had to go outside to eat. It wasn't a big as there is number of good choices in walking distance.

Room was amazing, bathroom very stylish, breakfast plentiful and good, staff pleasant, all super clean and nice. Way more than we expected.

Not really a problem, but when travelling with a car rooftop box (like a Thule), a taller car (an SUV) will not fit in the garage. We parked on the street.

Terasse closed after arrived. Room too far away from the Reception elevators.

This place has class. High quality furnishings. Emphasis on privacy, quiet, comfort. Pillow menu! Not far from Bahnhof, but centrally located on Enz River.

Location OK. Excellent breakfast (one of the best I ever had in a 4 star hotel!) Room big and comfortable.

Room cleaners. Towels not changed even if they were on the floor, garbage not removed for 3 days, I left the robe wet on the floor and no new robe was provided.Most of the staff don't speak English and also a "change of carpets in second floor" advise was sticked on the elevator but only in German. We were a group of 4 rooms, and all had the same experience with cleaning issues.

The hotel is tastefully designed, everything is efficient, very clean. The restaurant is very good. We enjoyed our stay very much and if we come back to Pforzheim we will be happy to stay here again.

Perfect place to stay! Clean, good location and parking, big clean comfy rooms, good restaurant, friendly personal. And a really great breakfast!

Great location and professional staff. Tim, one of the assistant managers, helped us resolve a booking issue - very quick, attentive and courteous. Spacious rooms and spa worthy of a 5 star hotel. Good value for the money and plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

Twin size beds.

The check in process was the quickest I ever experienced and this was highly appreciated. One of the rooms I booked seemed to be an older room but when I asked to change to a redone one, the person at the front desk immediately found a solution. Great service, good quality of beds.

The hotel is a bit tired, but I really enjoyed the spa facilities with saunas and jacuzzi. Thanks for that! I was by chance alone there and really relaxed.My single room was big enough and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.

The middle-aged woman at the reception who worried a lot not to allow me earlier any minute before 15:00 to my room. ??‍♀️ The coffee machine at the entrance doesn’t work. Why do you keep it there?

Good central location.

Small room with no heating and lukewarm water when it was freezing outside. The so called double bed were two singles with a grove. Incompetent staff on several fronts.
