There was a parking space, and it was cleaned

The bed was too small

Was Close to the centre train station

What I saw from the pictures before booking what absolutely different from what I came to see.i regretted because was an ancient facility

Hotel is directly in the city center, very nice location ?

The sheets were stained, the shower was dirty, TV didn’t show most of the channels, Wi-Fi didn’t work properly, doors were loud, very old building and decoration.

The location and the friendly staff.

The furniture and fittings, including other infrastructure, are old and need to be revamped.

The location was very close to the train station. I arrived close to midnight so the location was important in my choice.

The staff was rude and dishonest. I arrived at the hotel around midnight and was promised by the night staff I could check out at 1pm the next day. Next morning at around 11am, I was woken up by a phone call. This staff (different from the one the night before) refused to honour the promise and asked me to vacate my room asap. I didn't even have time to take a shower but had to check out two hours earlier than promised.

the only thing we liked was the location

the stair carpets were torn on some of the steps, the entrance hall to the room and the toilet stank of urine, the water from the hot tap on the sink was red with rust and the flow rate was very slow and when the manager was shown this we were told to leave the tap running for 2 minutes altho the manager was taken Into the bathroom (which Is very small) as the flow rate from the shower was very slow and 5 minutes later when the manager returned to the sink the tap was still running red water so he took the filter of the tap and cleaned all the rust out of the plastic filter but It was wasn't much better, In my view this Is a health hazzard and I feel Booking.com should review this hotel ASAP to stop anyone falling Ill altho I don't think they will, the shower head had to be laid on the shower floor as the shower dripped all night which echoed on the shower tray, once past the hallway the room was clean altho the window blind didn't seem to work and this Isn't any fault of the hotel but there's a nearby church and the bells ring loudly from just after 6.45 which I found to be annoying, breakfast wasn't available as we were told the kitchen wasn't working so we had to eat at the local bakery

Location was good. Just 10 minutes walk from the place I had to visit the next day. Parking was for 10 eur extra. Spot located near the bahnhof.

Pillow was extremely uncomfortable. I woke up several times because of neck pain.

It was a little bit cold in the room.

It was functional, clean and very close to train station and city center, but still quiet enough.

The shower curtain was tiny and kept sticking to me when I showered.

disappointing

The hotel needs urgently an upgrade, but I encountered an different problem. I'm really disappointed how the hotel and booking.com handled a double-payment. I still haven't received a proper anwser or the payment from booking.com. Suddenly all the messages from and to the customer service are erased. Still waiting......

Staff members were friendly and willing to cater for my needs. Location was great - close to the main station.

The room I was given on my first night was sub standard and overlooking a main street. After the first night I was upgraded to a far better room.

Location was reálky nice, near to shops and fast foods.

Hairs in the bathroom.

I did not anticipate the service of this hotel so bad like this. I have stayed in many Hotels in Pforzheim for several times, but i was not satisfied with your Hotel at all.

Location is good

The bathroom smelled bad. The beds and furnitures are low quality for this money.

Unclean environment,,dirty towels and horrible place to be.

All in all a bit rusty

Handle on window was missing, bathroom cleanliness was 3/10

Very convenient. And value for money. The staff were exceptionally helpful ! We were surprised by their hospitality. Highly recommended!
