- As a business traveler, I asked in the evening to prepare the bill beforehand that I would be able to pay, to pick it up and to go immediately as I had to travel long. In the morning, the bill wasn’t ready and I have to wait for it.
- The route from the autobahn to the hotel is a bit cumbersome via winding country roads.
- Pillow was awful. No curtains...which sucks when in summer you want to keep ligt out..

Quality of the room, quality of restaurant. It was not mentioned when booking that it was run and owned by a religious organisation.

The gardens are amazing ! The place spacious, clean and dog friendly , breakfast really good.
You can hear everything, no sound proof in the room and that is worse when you travel with a dog! They stopped serving food at 8 and all restaurants in the area close at 9 .

They made me pay more than what was on my booking reservation. I booked one room, they gave me a family connected rooms and told me it’s the same price by check in. By check out they told me to pay more
