- Staff were rude, unhelpful and dismissive. Unsafe for disabled guests due to ramp gradients and lack of traction for wheelchairs.
- Staff very rude, room smells of smoke (the whole hotel does) hard beds, small shower (no toiletries) drinks and dinner finish a lot earlier than stated (was told manager forgot to change it on this site) the food is awful, minimal choices and very salty or just poorly cooked, after I complained about the smell I was shouted at by the manager so I ended my holiday after 2 night stay and left.
- staff were nice and welcoming, food was good, floor plan is simple and easy to navigate, no restrictions on late check in time or entry in general, lots of cats around and they are well behaved, they wouldn't jump on the food and will play with you if you want. no limitation on coffee and tea
