An extra towel in the bathroom.

Breakfast was good. Location is very good. No A/C but a fan in the room made it comfortable with the windows wide open at night.

We had what was supposed to be a handicapped accessible room. Luckily, my husband was no longer in a wheelchair when we arrived. If he had been, the room would not have worked for us. Leaving the elevator there is a steep slope in the hall which would have been difficult to go down safely and would have been very difficult to push the wheelchair up. The room itself was fine, but the tiny bathroom had nothing in it for a handicapped person. No grab rails. A glass shower stall which requires one to step up to get into. No seat in the shower. Sink and mirror at the normal height. I don’t think a wheelchair would have fit in that room.

When we checked in the lady was very nice. But in the morning front desk agent wasn’t nice at all. She wanted to charge me 15 euro for parking. I agreed to pay with card. She refused to take card. I paid her 14 euro and I said to her I will go grab 1 euro from my car. She thought I would run away. She did not seem a welcoming person.

I liked the location and the room was comfortable

The outside needs a coat of paint. It would be nice if there were tea/ coffee making facilities in the room. I arrived late at night. There was no drinking water in the room and the drinks and snacks cabinets in the lobby were locked!

Wi-fi in the room did not function correctly

Perfect location in the center of town. Room and facilities were fine - nothing special but no complaints. Good hot water with good pressure; good heater, good ventilation from the windows. The European method of using two comforters for two people in one bed is inconvenient and leads to cold feet, but that's not unique to this hotel.

The restaurant was closed. Breakfast was available for 20 Euros - we skipped it as there are plenty of cafes around for much less - so for 20 Euros it had better be good. Desk staff could be more friendly, but that's a cultural thing I guess. Other businesses in town were much more friendly.

I didn't like that the rooms dont have air condition. In the summer time it is hard without them.

Fantastic view from the balcony!!!. Great location to town! Clean and spacious. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped.

An information/welcome sheet would have been very helpful. Something that would include recommendations, a map, grocery etc. shower was a bit flimsy. Better pillows.

The hotel is located quite centrally. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable, however a bit small. the breakfast selection was good.

I wish I had more then one pillow, but I’m a disabled vet so…I’m sure if I would have asked for another pillow, the hotel staff would have gladly obliged.

The location was central to everything and very convenient. Everything was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was lovely, especially all the staff!

though the building is in a relatively good shape, one can see it is quite dated. there was no general reconstruction or improvement since it was built in the 80‘s

Furniture and design is a little bit outdated.
