Hotel am Remspark

Beautiful hotel. Kept immaculate. Excellent breakfast. The view from the restaurant is exceptional.

Staff was friendly and efficient - really looking out for you. Breakfast lack overnight oats or Bircher Muesli - when i mentioned it there was an apology and a promise to have it next time. I am very happy with this response.

Breakfast was good. Room was big and clean and it’s near in the city centre. Nice service from one lady in the housekeeping shame that I didn’t get her name.

No kettle in the room so we can’t make tea or coffee. For this kind of hotel they should provide a kettle. And a parking area was too small so if you got unlucky and come late you will not have parking.

A friendly and clean hotel in an excellent location. Rooms are quiet. Great breakfast.

Bath towels were small and poor quality.

The location was very central. The hotel was comfortable and quiet. The staff was helpful. Breakfast was good and varied.

Thought it was overpriced for the quality. Room was a little dingy and towels were thin and old looking. Wallpaper bubbling off the wall and shoe prints all over the carpet. The man at the front desk who checked us in wasn’t very friendly

The hotel claims there is free parking, but there are not enough spaces. If you go somewhere and return late in the evening, you are unlikely to find a place to park.

Modern, stylish, comfortable. With plenty of parking too.

Stunning location in the centre of a beautiful town. The views from our room were incredible. The suite was full of light, spacious and, immaculately clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower excellent. Breakfast was also fabulous with a great choice of options. The staff couldn't do enough for you. A drink on the roof terrace watching the sunset was a perfect end to a day. We can't wait to return.

Only one minor thing., as a visitor from the UK, I love my cups of tea....no option to make a drink in the room as only coffee was provided. It's a cultural thing, as they don't drink much tea in Germany, but I missed not being able to make my own.

New hotel, very modern and excellent facilities. Fabulous breakfast in the top floor restaurant. Very nice staff. 5 minute walk into the altstadt. In all, an excellent place to stay.

Room was well furnished and very quiet. The breakfast was amazing. I arrived early and they were able to accommodate me without any problem.

Clean and central. I stayed there for business purpose. Had a Junior suite at the 6th floor. Space was great, the room was clean and quiet. Ate at the restaurant, food was good but a bit expensive (Wiener schnitzel + 1 glas of wine = 50€).

Room temperature was too high (set to 22°C) to be able to sleep well. When I mentioned it in the morning at the reception, the answer was « most people like 22°C ».No electrical charging space could be booked in advance. When I arrived, some cars were parked on the electrical charging spaces but were not charging. I had to go and charge on a public spot 300m away and walk back. The staff was helpful for finding the spot. Ate at the restaurant, food was good but a bit expensive (Wiener schnitzel + 1 glas of wine = 50€).

Amazing hotel with very comfortable beds, very nice staff, amazing breakfast and a grand view. It is one of the best hotels I know.
