Good location, spacious room, great breakfast buffet

Faux wood floors although great for cleaning carry sound from upper floors

rooms were large, breakfast was good, good touring location

Friendly staff and good breakfast. There are two parking options, outdoors for €4 and in parking garage for €8.

The dining room is a bit stiff and maybe not as inviting as you would like today, but the service was perfectly, as was the food!

the hotel was so expensive for the price and the hotel is too old for the price the are putting it the breakfast was too expensive for the price they are using the big hotel at the front of it to market their own property there was no picture of the property on the page if not I will never pay only 80 for a night there I feel the hotel price is too much I was not happy I stay there for that price

with the money I pay it too much and I can't like anything there because I don't see why the hotel is 4x

Very clean hotel, large room and cosy.Staff was very kind, parking space very nice and the hotel was very close to city centre.Breakfast was very good! The swimming pool was clean, not too big, not that small! The price was a bit high considering that it was located in a small city.

It was a but expensive. Everything else was fine.

The room is big and clean and they have ac as well. Location is great near in the city center. So many restaurants and shops by walk. Breakfast is ok.

Room was comfortable well maintained. Excellent breakfast there were so many verities. Staff was really cooperative. Pool and fitness area was really cool.

There was a little smell at room entrance and towels. Absolutely no guidance for parking because of that i had a severe damage. It would be better if proper guidance will be provided.

I have spent almost 20 years traveling to Gmuend and stay at the Fortuna. Nice location, great breakfast. Staff is always friendly and welcoming when I arrive.

Parking spaces in the garage are narrow and difficult for me (as an American) to park :-). It would also be more efficient to just have the gate open automatically, rather than having to use a token from the front desk.

Single room for non-smoker is good. Peaceful place have an air condition but its up to you switch it on or not.

no fridge for food or drink to keep if you don't like to go out. not like 2 yrs ago room have have fridge inside room with amenities like beer or something even need to pay it..

the location is good and within easy reach of the little train station and the shopping street

I have never been to a hotel where the receptionist was so damn rude!!! We were in a group and that receptionist is a no go!

The breakfast was very completeThey had AC in the roomsWe had 3 rooms, 1 of them was refurbished without floor carpet and a completely new toilet

The rooms that were not renovated were very very old. Time stopped there in the 80s. In general the facilities were very old all over the building.

Overall our stay was pleasant, and we were generally satisfied with the facilities and services provided. Breakfast was varied and well-presented, and the pool, sauna and fitness room were adequate, though in need of more regular maintenance and upkeep. Parking (indoor garage and outdoor lot) was convenient and reasonably priced. Covid regulations were consistently followed.

The biggest issue we had was that the staff did not really understand the concept of "customer service", as they seemed to focus more on following hotel policies and procedures. No specific complaints, just an overall impression that guest care was not the first priority.

Very good choices at breakfast. Pool was small but warm.
