I had an exceptional stay at the Atrium Prestige Thalasso Spa Resort & Villas. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the entire staff. A special thanks to Kostas, who has an incredible gift for enhancing every place he works. This is the second time I have had the chance to experience his hospitality in a different hotel, and the experience is just as wonderful. At the Thalassa and Asian restaurant, I was also greeted with great kindness by Kostas, and his recommendations on dishes to try were invaluable. Everything was great, food spa, property. The hotel manager was incredibly helpful and friendly, making our experience exceptional. They were undoubtedly the best hotel manager we encountered.

- Location is a bit remote, min 10minutes by car from any other city, nothing else around it- distance from the airport is 1h15 by car, but a free transfer by the hotel can be organized- if you don't want to move from the resort, you will have to stick with the variety of restaurants and shops available within- no daily refill of complimentary water and coffee, but it's done at no extra cost if requested at the reception

Staff were brilliant, Enias the hotel manage went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of. I thoroughly recommend staying at the Atrium Prestige.

The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The food was some of the best I've had in a long while with a huge choice. Housekeeping was exceptional.

I wish I had stayed longer.

This is a real paradise. The added value are the people who work there; they really care about you, try to anticipate your potential requests, give their 100% to make this hotel a wonderful place. Structure is fantastic and so is the food. Pools are awesome, and the beach and sea are great as well. Every night there is a different entertainment at the main bar, to have the guest spend their best time.Last but not least, the room with private pool is absolutely gorgeous.

The hotel itself is a rarity, spacious swimming pools, glorious restaurant and wonderful beach- cannot ask for more. Very professional crew, everything can be arranged. Politeness and flexibility was always present. Room was kept in a state of laboratory cleanness by a very friendly staff.Restaurant crew was excellent as was the food. I can only say THANK YOU ALL.

The location of the hotel is perfect for relaxing with unobstracted sea views. The service is excellent and the quality of food is exquisite. In particular the hotel manager ensured that we were not missing a thing!

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The surroundings were great, the service was top and the food was delicious. We also really appreciated the efforts of the staff and management of the hotel during the wildfires. They were there to help and serve thousands of people that were gathered from other evacuated hotels. Maybe we found it a little annoying that the hotel guests had to wait in the queue for entering the restaurant, but we could understand that this was a special occasion, and everybody was served. This hotel staff was amazing, real heroes! At some point, we were told that the roads were closed, so the staff of the second or third shift couldn't reach the hotel, not even food supply trucks. We felt so lucky we were in such a safe place and could continue normally with our holiday relaxation the next days.Already looking for coming back soon, hopefully in October.

They efficiently checked me in, and throughout my stay, they were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests I had, all while maintaining their professionalism and enthusiasm.However, the true highlight of my stay was the outstanding service provided by the Hotel Manager. This individual seemed to have an uncanny ability to anticipate the needs of every guest, including mine. They went out of their way to ensure that each aspect of my stay was perfect, making me feel like a valued and cherished guest throughout the entire duration of my visit.The accommodation was luxurious and exquisitely appointed, offering stunning views of the surrounding natural beauty that Rhodes is renowned for. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities truly elevated the overall experience. Housekeeping maintained the room impeccably, and any additional requests I made were promptly and courteously fulfilled.In conclusion, my stay at Atrium Prestige in Rhodes was a dream come true, largely thanks to the exceptional staff that made me feel like royalty throughout my visit. Their warm hospitality, attentiveness, and genuine care truly set this resort apart from the rest. I cannot recommend Atrium Prestige highly enough, and I am already looking forward to returning to create more beautiful memories in this idyllic haven.

Despite the very challenging situation due to the wildfires in Rhodes, we have nothing but the best to say about this wonderful resort and its lovely staff who helped literally thousands of guests who evacuated from nearby hotels, including many families with young children. Words, can’t describe how lucky we felt. We were there to witness the sacrifice and generosity of the staff firsthand and will definitely visit the resort again as we had a fantastic stay overall. We didn’t like the behaviour of a minority from the guests who arrived from nearby hotels, that was quite ungrateful and entitled. Thankfully, they stayed only for a day as they were eventually transferred.

The room view was amazing! The private swimming pool met our expectations (daily cleaning!). The staff always had a personal approach and even approached us by our names. We stayed during the forest fires and I am proud of the hotel stepping up and helping around 4000 tourists from other hotels who had to evacuate. On that note, the hotel staff worked around the clock to ensure that our experience is still of the highest level despite everything.

Missed fresh orange juice at breakfast, quality of the food in the a-la-carte restaurants could use a boost. Service in Italian (prestige) restaurant could use some attention

Always very clean and felt under capacity even though it was fully booked. The food choices were great and the staff were always very keen to please. Anias the general manager always ensures that the stay is seamless and every guest feels special.

First of all, I would like to say thank you to Katerina ( Operations Manager ) for making my husband's birthday more special/unforgettable. Thank you for that beautiful birthday ? cake and the room upgrade. What a pleasant surprise! With the beautiful views of the pool and the sea. We really had a great time. We enjoyed every minute! It really exceeded my expectations. Katerina is doing a great job making every guest feel special. She even granted our request for a late checkout because we had an evening flight and it was very convinient for us and we had a last dip in the pool?. Staff were so kind, friendly and attentive. The hotel is well maintained and with breathtaking views. We take cognisance of the beautiful landscape specially the bougainvillea which compliments the architecture of the hotel. Looking forward to going back next year.

Cleanliness, breakfast, staff, friendliness

This was actually the first time that my partner and I stayed for a week at one single Hotel. We travelled around the world and this time we just wanted to relax. I must admit I had never expected that this journey would turn out to be one of the greatest experiences. As a mother to be, I had the possibilty to book an extra message together with my partner (so they adapted to our wishes), which I found amazing. Another detail was that the manager talked with us and was very focused that we had a pleasant vacation. I just told him that the matress was a bit hard for me and within 15 min they changed it (never had that)!Now, I do really know why they have such good reviews: the personnel is super kind and client focused, the location is breath taking (pool, private beach) and the buffet is very diverse (so for children, vegetarians i.e.).So I can really recommand this hotel for couples or families that want to have a great vacation combined with relaxation.

Great staff, super friendly without compromising on professionalism,every bit of the resort, from the grounds to the rooms is extremely well.maintained. the place is not too crowded, and the views can't be beat. Very good drinks at the main bar. Patricia from the Mini Club was kind and lovely and really made sure our daughter had a hood time.

A little farther out from the airport than other resorts (but that lends to the relaxed and ample space and scenery).The food is nice but you shouldn't expect gourmet cooking.

The resort is beautiful and incredibly well maintained. it never felt crowded even when busy, and we never had a challenge finding a space. The pool is fantastic and the private beach is just that, private, something a lot of other resorts claim to be true but sometimes isn’t.

It is a little remote but that is not a challenge if you have hired a car.
