    Pros +

    • The hotel was amazing, everything from the pools to the gardens and all the facilities looks great, and makes your stay as premium as it should be.The family suite location around the pool is great and makes a lot of sense, the kids loved it!
    • The rooms were refurbished. Clean and comfortable
    • Hotel was mainly clean and relaxing. Staff were very friendly.

    Cons -

    • the family suite have only one bath and toilets, for family of 5 it was little intense. Also, the hotel area is really big, and there are lot of walking..If you wish to wait for the pickup electric car, you can.. but it may take some time, especially when the hotel is fully booked.
    • Some of the restaurants were too busy to accommodate us. it would of helped to tell us in advance that we needed to book
    • The breakfast and the buffet was absolutely awful and very limited. It didn’t help that you could only book the 3 restaurants once, this resulted in barely being able to eat on the remaining two days. The food weren’t very Greek either! The room was lovely however only had 1 mirror which was in the bathroom, and could sometimes be inconvenient. They also didn’t change the bedsheets not once while we stayed as the same stain was left on the bedding since our arrival.

The hotel is pretty designed and wants to show that they are of a higher level. The rooms are pretty and good in size. Cocktails and wines are good tasting.

Most areas are dirty and the especially so the restaurant where it is a game of not staining your clothes from the disgusting pillows on the chairs. The lines are a joke to both food and drinks, very bad organized. Quality of the food is just passable, not enjoyable. At the beach the chairs look like they might have survived a hurricane, the toilets are the mosh disgusting I have ever seen.

Almost always space around the pool which was nice. And the music on the beach in the evenings was nice.

Couldn't get bookings for the a la carte restaurants, they were always full.

    7NicolaPosted on: 8-24-2024

The rooms were lovely, the infinity pool and the grounds were really lovely too

Lots of steps and some areas were slippy

The staff are incredible. Aadnan who helped us to our room was wonderful and couldn’t do enough for us. The pools are lovely, a la carte restaurants are delicious but not many tables.

The buffet isn’t great, you can’t take food to the sun loungers & the a la carte restaurants get very full very quickly so light bites are a real struggle. When you have lots of small children to contend with it gets tricky.

    Pool and gym

Food was not much of a selection and restaurant staff were not pleasant

    5ShelaniPosted on: 8-9-2024

There are good pools and the a la carte restaurants were nice.

The food in the main restaurant is not great and not much options for breakfast. The staff are rude and does not want to help. The fans in many rooms do not work. Some rooms are dated with faulty ACs and fans. We had to move 3 rooms in 2 days! It is very far from the airport and not much available near the hotel as it is in a remote place. It is definitely not up to 5star standard.

We had the pleasure of staying at Mitsis Rodos Village and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the front office staff welcomed us and ensured a smooth and efficient check-in process. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated and was cleaned everyday. It was located near the pool area but a transportation service was offered from and to the reception any time by the staff. The hotel offers an array of fantastic amenities. There are 3 pools located in different parts of the hotel, childrens' s waterslides, a playground, an indoor playroom, spa and several bars and restaurants offering different options for everyone. The main pool is a perfect place to unwind, with plenty of loungers and many activities going on during the day.The dining experience was exceptional. The main restaurant buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options. We visited the other restaurants as well and my son (age 6) loved the crepes by the main pool. We didn't have to wait long time to find available table as the staff worked hard to serve the food as fast as possible and to clean the tables for the next guests, always smiling. There are many bars located in different parts so never met a queue. The bar staff always attentive and after a few times they remember your favourite drinks. The overall service in the hotel was outstanding. Every staff member was friendly, courteous, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We didn't use the spa services but we plan to visit it the next time. The location of the hotel is nice with easy access to the beach (4 mins) and there is a bus stop right outside if you want to use public transportation to visit other places on the island. The overall experience was perfect and exceeded all our expectations. The combination of luxurious accommodations, excellent facilities, and exceptional service makes it a top choice for anyone visiting.

Room was suitable for family as could close off separate room for kids. Quite nicely renovated.

Huge all inclusive hotel which meant it was not relaxing in anyway, lacking culture and uniqueness. Many noisy loud guests embracing the all inclusive meant there were some times we felt we could not relax at all. Impossible to eat at any of the “restaurants” so we ended up eating outside to get some variety. Location is ok. No irons in bedrooms for “safety” - never come across this before in a hotel before.

    7LeoPosted on: 5-19-2024

Newly renovated. Lots of amenities and restaurants.

Unfinished product - lots of areas closed off / not available. Some staff were inhospitable but others went above and beyond.

Hotel location in Kiotari, Rhodes. Very nice hotel with two salty swimming pools and one swimming pool with chlorinated water near hotel lobby and main entrance. Very professional and friendly two persons at the reception desk: Man at the reception and Lady from Mitsis Friends Club at the reception. I do recommend both staff members. Very good check-in experience thanks to aformentioned Mr at the reception and also, thanks to Mrs from Mitsis Club reestablished nice experience and saved our last day of our stay on Jul 15th (departure day), despite of last day unexpected late check-out service cancelation (see below). Also nice and friendly staff in hotel restaurant. Friendly maid staff, too. I do recommended all hotel restaurants with very nice, professional and very friendly staff. Five restaurants: main one and additional four: Greek, Italian, Asian and Mexican cuisine. Safe bridge connection over busy road to hotel beach, and also available hotel shuttle to the beach.Walk way from hotel to sea side is thro Mistis Maris hotel, so it is very safe for children since both hotels are connected and under security guidance. Very professional and friendly Ladies from Kids Club, especially one form Greece and two from Poland I do recommend.

ONE SITUATION with canceled late check-out service on a day of departure, done by rude and unprofessional receptionist, together with her suggestion for family of four people to move to shower room only for 30 minutes before departure from hotel.ONE SITUATION at the bar of the main pool (chlorinated pool), near the hotel lobby and main entrance of the hotel, the bartender served drinks in dirty, uncleaned glasses at night. I hope it was a mistake due to the long day and darkness, but it was an unpleasant experience.Apart from these two above cases, during our two-week stay, everything in the hotel was perfect.

There were lots of added extras included in the price which we thought were great! The topping up of the mini bar was fab, we loved having the pool towels, the all inclusive bar and food facilities at the beach were great. We liked the option to not have our sheets changed everyday, to help the environment. The choice of food in the day time was brilliant, loved all the choice, such as the burgers, souvlaki etc. There were key groups of staff, like those at reception, were great, real asset to the hotel.Overall it was great, just a few tweaks would make it perfect! The spa was lovely, real assetReally great food in the main restaurantThe external photographers who come in for photos at dinner are great - fabulous service from them!

. The salt pools - veeeery salty. Nobody enforced the fact guests weren't allowed to reserve sunbeds - especially at the only fresh water pool. So forced to get up early to 'reserve' like everyone else, which isn't ideal. The sunbeds at the beach weren't in great condition. The staff in the main restaurant clearly preferred certain nationalities who would tip at every meal. Some people chose not to use the tip boxes (which we used upon departure) and considering it was an all inclusive, it must be a cultural thing. As a result there was not a single breakfast we got all the drinks we needed. We often had to find a server to even get orange juice, water and tea, as they were prepping tables and drinks for others.. The older, larger man who managed the restaurant openly berated the staff in front of guests, as did the younger, tall chap who seemed to be a supervisor. Not necessary or appropriate - and often didn't help, such as clear the tables they were complaining weren't clear, but just shout at them in front of guests

The room was really nice well the one we had very big with separate doors for the kids we really like it. I just wish they had a bit of pride to clean it properly The fridge was filed up nicely all the time.

the cleaning was hit and miss they never clean behind or under the beds which its mad and sadly no one inspected the rooms after the cleaners so the cleaners don't clean them properly.
