Pros +
- Location. Close proximity (short walk) to two beach clubs, shops, taxi stand, and restaurants.
- •Unbeatable location — just a few minutes’ walk from the marina and the town center. You’re truly in the heart of Kas.•We booked the sea view room with a balcony, and the view was beautiful — definitely one of the highlights of the stay.•The hotel is small and family-run, which gives it a personal, local touch.•They served daily breakfast with a variety of cheeses, fruits, and more (although we didn’t try it ourselves, it looked well-prepared and fresh).
- Great family run hotel in wonderful location. Hotel looks very fresh and new, room was comfy. We had balcony with view of ocean. Lovely front patio to have breakfast, very short walk to center of town
Cons -
- No drinking water provided. No comforters on beds- just a thin, rough quilt. Housekeeping left behind a dirty rag. No one is ever at the front desk in the evenings. No help with luggage at check out. Virtually no hooks in room. Breakfast was mediocre.
- •You’re only given one key card, and since the AC (an older built-in Mitsubishi unit) only works when the card is inserted, the room is always hot when you return. It took 15–30 minutes to cool down every time we came back. On one night, the AC wouldn’t stay on at all. The host came up and explained that this particular room had different settings from others on the same floor — which is exactly the kind of issue that should be fixed, not explained.•The in-room security safe failed multiple times. On the first attempt, it closed incorrectly, even though it accepted the PIN code. When the host tried the master code, it still wouldn’t lock. I had to leave valuables (laptop, passports, wallet, and jewelry) unsecured in my carry-on bag — which I really wasn’t comfortable with. On another day, the safe locked but later wouldn’t open for 10 minutes. After finally opening it and placing one more item inside, it refused to lock again. This issue repeated itself throughout the stay.•The toilet flush button required a fight every time. It was stiff and unreliable — and once you managed to flush, you then had to jiggle it again to stop the water from running continuously.•Noise after midnight was an issue — every night, we could hear bass coming from somewhere downstairs, possibly from a nearby venue or common area. It wasn’t loud enough to be a full disturbance, but it definitely made it harder to fall asleep.⸻? Final Thoughts:Lale Hotel has a lot of charm — the location is top-tier, and the sea view from our room was exactly what we were hoping for. But unfortunately, technical issues with the AC, the in-room safe, and even the toilet made the stay more stressful than it should have been. With better maintenance and a bit more attention to guest comfort, this could easily be a 4-star stay. Until then, come for the view and location — but manage your expectations on the room functionality.
- TV in the mirror isn’t good idea, because there are some flares due to the glass and it is so small and no opportunity to connect with HDMI

Great family run hotel in wonderful location. Hotel looks very fresh and new, room was comfy. We had balcony with view of ocean. Lovely front patio to have breakfast, very short walk to center of town
View was amazing, hotel decor was cool, great breakfast, perfect location.
Great location, breakfast was excellent with lots of choices including fresh fruits and vegetables. The scrambled eggs were the best. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The free parking in front of the hotel was very helpful.
Location, Breakfast (some items were homemade and so delicious), clean, welcoming
TV in the mirror isn’t good idea, because there are some flares due to the glass and it is so small and no opportunity to connect with HDMI
Great location. Helpful staff and nice breakfast.
Duvet could be a little bit bigger, but I am sure the staff could sort it out if we had more than 2 nights in the hotel (we did not ask for another)
The room was pretty and spacious. Had a beautiful sea view. Perfectly located to roam around in Kas. Staff was cordial.
This lovely family run hotel is modern, clean, fresh, has a lift and is located a few minutes from the water’s edge and a few minutes walk to the central part of town in Kas! Breakfast is delicious with plenty of options, the staff were lovely! They also arranged our trf to and from Dalaman Airport which made our planning easy! Thank you Janine & Glen
Special thanks to the owner, who is friendly and responsive, answered all our questions, advised good places to visit. The room was with the great view and right in front of the beach. Thanks a lot, it was a great vacation because of You!
Overall is great, room is well decorated, nice balcony. Breakfast is amazing and exceeded expectations as varieties and quality are great. We stayed for 2 days, there are some variations of the breakfast. I feel the quality of the hotel is very good , including the elevator.
.The parking situation is not ideal. They have extremely limited space for parking (they advertise having parking space which is one of the key reasons we booked there. Both days we had to park stacked against 2 cars (basically blocking 2 cars that in front of hotel due to no space), we are able to leave the car key to let hotel staff to move the cars when needed, but this inconvenience kinda put us off not wanting to drive anytime as we like . Also, I feel sometimes the staff is not very helpful with parking situation as when my wife asked where to parked she was ignored as staff is showing attitude of there is nothing they can do , so why bother asking. I consider perhaps language might be a bit of an issue because both nights when we had problem parking, it was the lady on duty who doesn't speak much English, so may be there is some communications barriers which might make us feel ignored. Otherwise, everything is pretty good. I feel the price is on the high side given overall quality and experience.
Everything about the hotel was just perfect. The location, the staff, the breakfast, the room, the bed... Simply everything. Especially the breakfast was so delicious with freshly brewed coffee and freshly prepared buffet. We stayed for one night only but our experience was perfect.
We liked everything.
Definitely one of the best hotel we’ve been to in Turkey. The location is very near the beach and the town center, but can be very quiet at the same time. The breakfast is various and delicious, the staff are kind and warm hearted. I’m so gonna recommend this hotel to everyone who’s going to kaş.
Most of the things were nice about this hotel. The staff is friendly and the room was clean when we checked in. An AC in the room worked great even though it was extremely hot outside. The location is great as well. We have no major complaints about this place - we enjoyed our stay!
The parking situation is terrible in that neighborhood. It's not the hotel's fault - they try to help with getting a parking spot next to the hotel's entrance. However, during peak seasons it's impossible to park nearby. If you are traveling by car, I would recommend booking a hotel with a private parking lot. The breakfasts were okay. I wish they had more variety. If you are vegetarian or vegan, then it will be even more difficult.
It tells a lot when an attentive and caring family runs a business.I appreciate how Resat reached out to help with our commute to Kas, the check-in process, touristy places recommendations, suggestions around, and support beyond our stay. He and his team were beyond great! If you are heading to Kas, don't waste time looking for big chain hotels. You will only find 1 or 2 that are far from the center and need a car for an easy commute. Instead, you will find boutique hotels all around. I would recommend the Lale Hotel as a great option. The hotel has all the basic needed facilities; it is clean, well-maintained, and in a great location. You are 3 minutes away from attractions and the marina.
I wish they had a pool and stronger AC, as the heat and humidity killed me!
The rooms were quite spacious, facilities are really good! Views from breakfast were great too.
Room is big, and nice breakfast.
The air conditioner is not very well, and takes a long time to cool down.
Impeccably clean, comfortable property. Staff are prompt, warm and inviting.Breakfast was outstanding. Traditional turkish breakfast with extensive variety.
We liked everything. The room was more than we expected, it was beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, spacious, had a balcony with sea view and had all amenities you could hope for. The location of the TV was quite novel being hidden behind a large floor to ceiling mirror. The hotel staff were very welcoming, courteous and friendly and really seemed interested to know if you were enjoying your stay. The Turkish breakfast was exceptionally plentiful having all freshly prepared food and drinks daily. We have stayed in Kas numerous times and would have absolutely no hesitations in recommending this hotel to anyone.
There was not much to dislike but perhaps its location and parking availability. As Kas is very hilly it did mean a short walk into the heart of town but by no means was this a real problem. If you travel there in your own car parking can be limited.
We stayed at Lale Hotel for four nights. The location was great, very close to the city center and the beaches. The host was very nice and hospitable. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
