Kas Old Town Hotel & Beach

staff is helpful and supportive.though the location is not in the center, but it's convenient to go to center.at the same time, its location brings quiet. close to the sea/beach, very close to a tourist spot (theatre).since its terrace facing the sea, it has sunshine. very comfortable.

the covering. there is a thin blanket on the bed. it's very thin, not warm enough.but there is another thick cover on the shelf. the thing is that thick cover is just put there, no cover outside. it is brown color..... have to say, that color without outside brings concerns. when i used it, not sure if it's my imagination or not, i feel a little itching, though i put it above that thin blanket.i would like to suggest the owner use cover outside it like normal quit used in hotel/hostel.another thing is, pls pay attention to the toilet. it has some tech to use it without leaking water (water cannot stop). my room happened, i close it many times to stop water leaking. if it's not stopped, it will cause hot water not enough. i would like to suggest the owner to review all rooms to check its on-off, otherwise if hot water is not enough, it brings issues.

The location is very good, staff is really helpful, we love the breakfast. We had family room which is good size.

The bedding is not comfortable for sleeping.. There is only one very thin blanket. The blanket has a few marks too. It is not suitable for winter temperatures. There are some extra quilt provided on the shelf but they are way too thick.

Great location, helpful staff who helped with easy parking, lovely view for breakfast. Room was simple but had everything we needed.

Thin scratchy bedding. Some softer sheets with a duvet would go a long ways in improving comfort.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just a few min walk from the main square. During the day, we were able to use Gulsah Pansion's beach, which is right in front and easily accessible, and it was absolutely wonderful. Breakfast was delicious and varied, and enjoying it on the terrace with the morning view made it extra special.

The walls are quite thin, and the door is rather old so we could hear noise from the corridor and the neighboring rooms. We were planning to sleep in, but the noise woke us up quite early and made it difficult to fall back asleep.The furniture definitely needs refurbishment. The bed is creaky, the luggage rack feels like it's about to collapse and the standing light switch hardly works.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good and on a beautiful Terrace with the view. The buffet was wonderful and the woman who served it was very friendly. The beds were very comfortable. There's an area down by the water where you can lay in the shade or in the sun uncomfortable chairs and swim. They help you find parking.

The air conditioner works but took a little while to cool off the room.

Amazing place! All staff were super kind and helpful. The hotel is very centric and tranquil. It has its own space to go to the sea. Super recommended.

The staff were excellent and attentive. The room was a good size and always clean.

Kas is a difficult town to navigate with its one-way streets. We parked in the main square and then located the hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful with parking and guiding us out of town for our trips elsewhere. A delicious breakfast was served on the rooftop patio. The rooms were large and comfortable.

The updates we were given about our arrival . The reception on arrival . The simplicity of the room . All information was given easily .Breakfast was a complete surprise , plenty of variety , well prepared and presented .A very pleasant stay in this lovely little hotel

Some noise but not too intrusive !The other thing I didn't like was having to leave !

The place was exactly as pictured, it was a good basic boutique hotel and we had a large room with neat facilities! The location was great you can walk to pretty much everything in Kas from here and right across from a public beach rock access.

The walls were paper thin, you can hear everything and there was drilling going on late into the evening which was odd, there was not change of towels daily or new water supplied. The hotel lists carparking available but it is just on the public street. There wasn’t anything overly wrong with this hotel it was pleasant but next time we’d probably spent a tiny bit more and stay in one of the really nice resort style hotels in Kas for very similar price

My husband and I spent 2 nights in Kaş, at the Kaş Old Town Hotel. The location was perfect, 2 minutes away from the CBD yet far enough away to not hear any noise from our room. The room was very spacious and the breakfast was the best we've had in Turkey so far. The staff were fantastic and very welcoming. We loved Kaş and would come back in a heartbeat.

Location was good. Roof terrace and breakfast was nice. Rooms were well designed, spacious and comfortable. Staff were helpful.

The shower bracket was broken and couldn't be attached to the wall so was difficult to use. It looked like it had been like that for some time.

It is always a challenge to adjust from one location to the next when staying at boutique hotels, not similarly designed five star chain hotels, just as there is always an adjustment period when one arrives at a new destination, particularly if the previous one had been most pleasing. Both were very different; both historically charming. So it was a bit of a surprise to arrive to the simply but tastefully decorated, ultra clean and bright, minimalist modern decor of the Kaş Old Town Hotel. But this soon transformed into delight. We had a breathtaking sea view from our room on the third floor. The room was constantly bathed in light. The balcony deck allowed us to enjoy the fresh sea air outdoors, or let it flow into the room; while temperatures could be quite easily adjusted with the efficient air heating and cooling system. The included breakfast was served on the huge, glass enclosed top floor terrace with an incredible view of the ocean, and this beautiful space was made available to all guests to enjoy every day after breakfast. And then there was the breakfast itself, which my husband and I agreed was the most delicious and extensive home cooked array we had yet experienced in this country. We watched the young woman chef beginning the next day’s meal preparations each day after the morning meal was completed.Furthermore, the service at this small 9 room hotel was excellent.

We were very happy staying here and breakfast was very good. The staff were very helpful nad were happy to answer questions and deal with things.Parking was on street and about 50-100m from the hotel. At first I wasn't happy but it was fine.Access was a little confusing as the street is one way but many of the hotels in the street could not be accessed unless you went in regardless.Kas is a lovely spot and I would recommend

Nice hotel with a convenient location. I recommend taking a room with a sea view, otherwise the window will look out onto the courtyard, and the neighboring house will be very close, and you won't see the sea or sun in the room.The hotel is not new, which is especially noticeable on the towels, which just not white (more gray). Everything is clean, but if this is critical for you, then keep in mind. We stayed for 2 nights, so this didn't bother us.Breakfasts are served on the terrace on the top floor, from where a beautiful panorama of the sea opens up. Breakfasts are modest - an omelet or you can just ask for fried eggs. Everything else - snacks, salads, jam, buns.
