Exceptional hotel - everything from breakfast to the pool, view etc. Hoping we can come back next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay ?

The breakfast was great. Loved the Sujuk with scrambled eggs. Parking was nearby and the porters helped with our luggage up and down the stairs. Staff spoke English well enough, I appreciated that. The pool had a lovely sunset view, great for photos. Plenty of lounge chairs for tanning, despite the number of people using them there was still space available. Great romantic hotel. No kids, mostly couples.

The room was a little smaller than expected but the view made up for it. The shampoo was empty and wasn't checked during our room cleaning so we used the shower gel. Forgot to mention it to the staff.

The location, the view and the restaurant was amazing. Breakfast was wonderful.

Our room was in a building with the tech room aka “Bilgi-işlem odası “. And there was a very high pitch buzzing sound that we can hear it from our room. They also never close that “Bilgi-İşlem” room door. That didn’t help. There was also a water pump sound at nights we were hearing. It woke me up at nights. Our room has a nice view but little bit old. Beddings were clean but curtains were so dirty. Our shampoo dispensers never been filled. We didn’t care too much cause we didn’t spend too much time in the room other than sleeping. We normally like having early breakfast and go to the seaside immediately but the beach towels were not ready before 9:30 am

Very tasteful boutique hotel with exceptional location and 180 degree view out to sea

Poor English language skills of the staff occasionally caused minor issues but on the flip side, the hotel felt genuinely TurkishWe felt the wine in the restaurant was overpriced.

The staff were lovely. The location, beautiful. The pool was stunning.

The bees during breakfast were a little problem, but the staff took care of that problem too.

Beautiful hotel, the pool and view is so amazing! The best sunsets on the peninsula. Comfortable room and bed. Cleaned the room every day with Greg towels.The restaurant & bar is amazing too. The staff is so friendly. Kas is only 10 mins drive. We had a car but there are mini vans & taxis! We also walked down to the next beach, which was lovely.

The towel holder was broken.The safe wasn’t bolted in and very small.No showers at the pool.The towel sheets over the loungers should get washed every day, as pretty dirty. When I asked they exchanged it straight away. They do also give you extra pool towels.Breakfast was good and a lot, but the same every day.

over priced food and drinks for a 3 star for lunch and dinner. Room safe very small and not connected to anything. Anyone Could have walked away with it.

Everything was perfect. The breakfast is a 10/10 with a stunning view. The staff were incredibly nice and always ready to help. Special thank to Ridvan and Murat for their help and advices for our holiday. The swimming pool was very nice also. If you are looking for dinner, the restaurant of the hotel is also very good, with good different options all very well prepared by the chef.

Nothing to say except may be the product that was put into the swimming pool was a bit strong especially for those who open their eyes while swimming.

the location and the stuff are two big advantages of this hotel

Air conditioner did not work well in my room. Breakfast is really poor.

The hotel has amazing view of the sea and is situated almost in the edge of Kas . The room was setup well with good furnishings.

1) Breakfast is served to your table and is a very limited menu. Would have preferred a buffet to avoid food wastage as they bring all the breakfast items to your table. It would be better to provide a menu to the guests and let them choose what they want that can then be served at the table.The customer service not great (not sure if it was due to language barrier as only one or two staff spoke English). Two instances : 1) I had requested for a small cake while booking and reminded them during check in as well as it was my wife's milestone birthday. However due to lack of communication between day shift and evening shift receptionist there was lots of confusion and I had to chase up multiple times. In the end they did manage a nice cake , however it was a massive cake (even though i asked for a small cake) and was charged £25 for it. It was such a big cake for two of us and we had to waste it in the end as we were checking out. I was hoping for a small gesture from the hotel by offering a small cake , however bit disappointed that not only they sent a massive cake that ended up being wasted and they managed to charge me for it as well.2) One of the days when we returned to our room we were shocked to find the room being messy with water spilled all around and dirty shoe marks in the room with the balcony door opened. It looked like someone tried to access the room when we were away. We immediately reported to the reception and it took couple of calls to get someone to come around and clean it first. What was more shocking is that the reaction to it was as if it was normal. None of the hotel staff bothered to check on who did this and if it was indeed the housekeeping staff then how did the mess happen in the room. While we had nothing missing but it was disappointing that there was no assurance from hotel staff about the incident.

The staff in general and Fatima in special was amazing, Dont miss the dinner at the restaurant it was one of the most amazing experience At the end their pool with the view can’t be beaten Highly recommended

If there is a thing it will be that they dont have private peach but with 2 mins you can be at the beach

The room was spacious, the pool was great, the view was amazing, the food was 5 stars

breakfast was not as good as I expected, there were little cheese, bad quality of tomato, no green vegetables, choice was very limited, no olive oil or different bread choices were there.also around property was very dirty, just one floor under breakfast area was full or garbage, also when you go out of hotel there are garbage everywhere, at least hotel staff should take care the surrounding of the building

Staff were friendly, the view in our room was great and à la carte restaurant for dinner was good as well.

We had some issues which we didn’t like. First of all we have upgraded our room from partly sea view to sea view room and in our room the mosquito net was ripped and we had a lot of mosquitos in the room and also there was some noise coming from the swimming pool cleaning engine which lasted till morning and we couldn’t sleep well at all. And the last issue is even we have paid total amount of accomodation as a prepayment via booking.com but in the hotel we have been asked 3-4 times the payment. I tried to explain them that I’ve aldiready done it but they insisted that the payment hasn’t been made. Somehow at the end they checked it and it was solved but it was still annoying.

Beautiful location, wonderful breakfast and friendly staff. Restaurant also very good. Would recommend this hotel and visit again!

Swimming pool, excellent restaurant and sunsets;)

It has a fantastic view and some of the best sunset with an infinity pool. Quiet and serene not like mad downtown Kas Staff were ate very nice and they do have a very good restaurant

Rooms a bit cramped

If you can get a room with balcony, bath tub, and sea view - do it!! I splurged and so enjoyed my few nights here, the atmosphere and views were so nice. The pool and outdoor lounge areas were great, and the restaurant food was actually great.

The location and the comfort of the property.

The waiters didn’t understand what we wanted and even after translating it they still didn’t bring it.

The location was mesmerising. The staff was really sweet and helped us with everything we asked for and more. The food was great. Good hospitality and a great place to stay with some amazing staff. Keep it up and will visit soon again.
