The hotel is located far from the beach. There is shuttle transfer, but it runs every hour from 10 to 16 to the beach and from 11 to 20 from the beach. That's grossly inconvenieng if you want to go to the beach early, before breakfast, or stay there later, after sunset - in both cases you need to walk (15 mjnutes up and down hill). Make the shuttle run from 6 to 21 at least, and at least every 15 minutes!

Rooms are very small and the room they provide us was looking towards to the wall. Could be nicer with a tree or nicer landscape.

it is kind of hard to get there. Unless you are staying there for like 3 days above and have own vehicle, if not, is kind of out of the way.Though nice ambience, but under expectation for the YouTube review I saw online.

We had a great stay at the Radisson Hotel in Kas. The room was spacious, clean, and had an amazing sea view. The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the location is perfect—close to town but still peaceful. The pool area and private beach were lovely, perfect for relaxing.The breakfast was good but became a bit repetitive after a few days. I was surprised by the limited choice, especially in fruit and fresh juices.The private beach isn't really a beach, but more like a boardwalk cantilevered over the rocks, it is really beautiful, though. It is located a few minutes away from the hotel and is accessed by a private shuttle. It's not really suitable if you have mobility issues as there are lots of steps, but that's common for a lot of the properties on the peninsula Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.

The food at the beach club was only ok, a little expensive for what it was, though. Not a deal breaker by any means

We had an issue with proper cleaning in our room. When we first arrived the floor and the toilet were dirty and I ask reception to clean the floor in our room 3 days in a row before they finally cleaned it. Also everytime the cleaning staff didn’t wash the dirty dishes so everytime I had to call reception to bring me the clean dishes. Also they forgot to renew water and tea.

It was in an excellent location. The bedroom was clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was excellent. Additionally there was an amazing choice of dishes for breakfast.

Sometimes it is the small things that made the difference and become a frustration and an annoyance. For an international franchise hotel there was a lack of English speaking staff. Asking for simple things like cold milk and making a dinner reservation was a problem. Service around the pool was lacking on occasions. The hotel has no information in the bedroom including tourist information. In emailing in advance they refused to make a dinner reservation at a neighbouring restaurant. The use of a QR code to order anything might help with the language issue but is impersonal in our view. Asking for a favourable reviews and to mentioning the staff member was in my view inappropriate and unprofessional. Again perhaps a language issue but being advised “ we were his favourite people” by the guest services manager was unjustified and clearly not the right thing to say when he had only spoken briefly to us on two previous occasions.

this time in the room we stayed in the main building there is poor soundproofing. sounds from neighboring rooms, plumbing, the sound of water in the shower are audible. bass music on the first floor and the noise of plates in the kitchen are very audible. all this is a bit confusing

The location is good and there was a free transfer to the beach. The beach is used by 3 hotels, but there was still free space to locate at the beach. The pool is good and views from hotel is amazing. In general, I would recommend this hotel

We’ve booked room with sea view, but in reality the view to the sea was so little, just a corner. Maybe just got not a best room with sea view. In pictures, it seems the location of hotel is really big, but it’s not that big. The stuff was nice, but too annoying sometimes

The concept of the hotel is very relaxing and visually sophisticated. We loved the beach beds. The view is amazing. The rooms were a bit smaller compared to other Turkish hotels at same level. There was every day cleaning service although we were not satisfied from this as it seemed like they did not vacuum in the room or clean the wet area properly. They were tidying like bedcovers and changing towels and thats it. For this level of price we were expecting more precise service. The hotel staff were polite and helpful in general however they seemed like a bit slow or some of them just started the job. So cant say that they were 100% professional. In general we enjoyed our stay. There are rooms for improvement but I would recommend the hotel.

Not near to the town, only for those travellers that self drive

It’s a very new and clean hotel, they upgraded us for free and it was an amazing room for three with a private pool. The room was spacious with two bathrooms and we were surprised when the sofa turned into a big double bed. Breakfast is good with a chef who cooks eggs for you. The view from the restaurant is amazing. Hotel provides a transfer every 40 mins to the beach (5 min drive). Then you have to go down the stairs for 10 mins (felt like there were 1000 of them) through the property of another hotel. It is made in Greek style and is very photogenic. The beach is a terrace built on a cliff and is also new. The water is crystal clear and the views of the mountains is captivating. You can order drinks and snacks there as well. We rented a car from Antalya (50€ per day) and it was cheaper than ordering a taxi. Consider a 3 hours ride though. The hotel is 10 min away from the old town. The staff was very friendly and really tried their best. We enjoyed the DJ at the beach and jazz band at the restaurant.

Cleaning was not always consistent, sometimes they forgot to put water, sometimes to clean cups, sometimes the towel was missing. The floor on the terrace is very dirty so you can not walk barefoot. Sometimes it was challenging to order in the restaurant as the staff does not speak English (they were very friendly but English Crash course is needed). The Asian restaurant was a disappointment. They did not have what we wanted available and sushi with main dishes were very low quality. We ate dinner at the nearby restaurant Zaika - do not forget to book.

The location is perfect, quiet, calm and has beautiful views of the sea and hillsides. The hotel is also very comfortable and nicely decorated.

Rooms are very tiny, even though we upgraded it was still small and cramped. There was dust and dirt in our closet when we arrived. A more thorough cleaning service is needed.Staff by the pool was a bit inattentive and need to be approached by guests so we can order drinks or food during the day. Generally,saff should always be coming to guests and be aware of their surroundings and guests nearby.

-some mis communication at first with one of the reception staff, but the main thing which happens mostly to me in turkey hotel that the house keeping keep entering the room without a chance for you to blink even. I was just getting out of the shower and someone knock on the door and enter immediately without waiting for me to allow it like it is his right to enter and his excuse was that he want to fill the mini bar .

The hotel was in great location, easily accessible from the centre and vice versa. The staff readily arranges a shuttle whenever you require one to go to private beach or back to hotelRoom was clean at the time of the check-in, and was cleaned dailyRoom and hotel facilities was sufficient. The staff was very professional and helpful during our stay 24h. The breakfast exceeded our expectations with various national and international cuisine dishes.
