There is no private parking but the street. :(Unfortunately, half of the room lights were not working and there was no hot water due to a power cut, but that was just bad luck. :)

It’s not a surprise that this hotel is almost always booked out - it’s simply wonderful. We literally arrived 5 minutes after booking last minute and they were so friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the beautiful and thoughtful design of the room and the hallway. The room was very clean and the view from our balcony was stunning. We slept like babies on the mattress. We also enjoyed the breakfast a lot. You can walk to the small public beach in 3 minutes and to the main square in 5 minutes - which is awesome!! This time we travelled as a couple but I can totally recommend this place for solo female travelers. The hotel is run by a family and feels super safe.

This place truly undersells itself. It’s located in an amazing spot, but what really stands out is the sense of taste and thoughtfulness behind every detail — something that matters a lot to me.Take breakfast, for example. It’s not overcrowded with unnecessary items, but instead offers a carefully selected range of fresh, high-quality essentials. Every element has a purpose, and it gives real meaning to the morning — simple, genuine, and done with care.

Honestly, nothing major to add — the stay was great.

My daughter and I arrived late at night and the gentleman was waiting patiently for us. He took us to the room and was very friendly regarding the parking.The hotel is beautiful and the room is very comfortable and neat. We were treated with warmth, respect and graciousness.

The roads in the center, like in any other city, are small and parking is scarce but that isn’t the hotel’s fault and as we had advised that we were coming by car, they managed to find us a spot in front of the hotel for which we were very grateful

Small but perfectly formed boutique design led hotel. Good location only a few minutes walk from the seafront beach clubs and harbour and shops and restaurants. Good Turkish breakfast buffet, spotlessly clean everywhere but above all a small team including the owner and his wife for whom nothing was too much trouble.

Very central and nice. Clean and well kept, with everything you’d need and expect for the price. Also nice breakfast and kind staff.

Everything was great. The hotel owners are incredibly friendly and helpful in every way. They responded positively to every request we made and solved it. Cleanliness was the most important issue for us. We felt very comfortable. If we come again, we will definitely stay here.

I was happy with everything.

The hotel is small, very clean with great contemporary finishes that create a sense of modern serenity. Location is perfect for walking to multiple beach clubs, restaurants and the harbor area without being part of the busiest streets. The staff are friendly without being intrusive and the breakfast fresh and one of the better ones we have had in Turkey.

A wonderful stay, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, really lovely staff.

Incredible stay. The hotel is beautiful, it has been recently renovated and is perfectly located. We had a beautiful view from our balcony and breakfast was also great. The staff was super friendly and gave us excellent tips about what to do around Kas. Would absolutely recommend and hope to return soon!

Nothing, it was perfect.

A nice clean room with a good view. Close to the local small pebble beach which is quite lovely. It is 4 min on foot if you want a quick swim before breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was good and abundant and served on a nice patio. Both the owner and their son were very kind to us and helpful. This hotel was a little bit of a shot in the dark for us but it turned out to be a great choice!!

Great location, stylish and fresh interior renovation. The best maître d'hôtel in Turkey! This hotel left the nicest impression of the 7 hotels we stayed at during our trip.

It would be great if you could add a water cooler at the reception.

Quick check-in, cleanliness, good location, it was possible to park along the hotel right at the entrance, but the hotel does not have its own Parking.

The hotel does not have its own parking, but you can, if you are lucky, stand along the street. For breakfast, it would be worth adding at least one hot dish and a side dish (at least oats, beans or potatoes)
