Best place to stay near kas, no parking problems, the best breakfast and very good views on the way up to the mountain.

Didn't find any, so a 10!

Big room, good shower

Booking site said the hotel is about 4.5km away from center actually it takes 20 minutes drive on dirt road about 12km. Empty pool, and stop provide dinner.

Fantastic hotel. Standalone cottages with seating area, dining table, good strong hot shower, and separate bed room. Great breakfast. Restaurant closed early (6pm) but you can call for delivery pizza (good!) from nearby Kecibas restaurant.

The staff was very accommodating. Quite place. Restaurant food was yummy.

Pillows too high. Cold house with no real heater. Dogs very friendly but during dinner they bother you for food. Curtain in main room too small and does not block sunlight on one side. Reservation was made with private hot tub but none in our accommodation. They let us use the hot tub one day after the guests in that house left.

Friendly, welcoming host and staff, a location that can’t be beat, and a great comfortable bed. Great location in the mountains above Kas, with great views, and lovely quiet. We stayed in the stone cottage rooms—because they had a full-size tub!!—and it was spacious, well-appointed, and comfortable. Dinner was very tasty and breakfast was the full on Turkish spread and also very tasty, definitely one of our top five in the last month. They go out of their way to spoil their guests. Excellent shower, excellent A/C, extra blanket in the room and they provided a wifi extension for the room so we had good signal. And, as we have come to expect in Turkey, the room was spotlessly clean. It was lovely and I can imagine a few days here would be so relaxing.

Our only real issue was that the toilet cubicle and shower both had clear glass doors, so someone at the sink could stare in at the person on the toilet. A little opaque window film would be very appreciated! There are two steps up in the room from the sitting area to the bed platform, but only on one side, and the person on the right gets out of bed to the lower level, which can be a bit surprising in the night. Neither of these minor quibbles distracted from the great stay. We’d definitely come back.

A beautiful peaceful location and wonderfully helpful staff. Thank you in particular Sadik and Bedirhan. We felt very pampered. The delicious breakfast served under the trees was a great start to the day.

Kairos Hotel is absolutely stunning. It was so nice being surrounded by nature. Our room with the jacuzzi was very nice. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The pool was also amazing and so was the breakfast. I would highly recommend staying at Kairos Hotel! We wished we could have stayed longer.

I would highly recommend hiring a car as Kas Town is around a 15 min drive away.

Everything. This small resort, accommodation, the team who run the place, facilities, location, breakfast - all fantastic and amzing value for money. Will 100% return and recommend.

Only comment is bar music volume should be kept low, the location is amazing and it's nice to hear nothing but the birds or sound of the wind. The team took this on board whilst we were there so no complaints.

Lovely hotel set in beautiful surroundings. Great traditional breakfast everyday. Staff were very friendly. Rooms were very spacious and well designed with pretty outdoor spaces. Good location for Kas old town and beaches if you have a car.

Service was a little too relaxed, more like an apartment rental rather than a hotel. Rooms were not cleaned during our 6 night stay and bins only emptied when asked.

Everything. The location is amazing, couldn’t stop taking pictures of beautiful views. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean, stylish with lots of cute details like branded tote bags. Breakfasts are delicious. Planning to get back as soon as possible.

Beautifully located in the mountains above Kas with lovely views.Built in 2020, so lovely and clean and fresh.Individual chalets close to pool and surrounded by countryside.Serene and calm.

We stayed in March and hotel not busy, so restaurant not open. This caused us a problem as we arrived at 9pm. Google maps unfortunately took us via a convoluted route up narrow roads - approach from the main road/village below!Breakfast was clearly designed to be healthy/cleansing or something, so no fruit juice for example, which seemed a big omission.

Amazing little hideout in the hills. Quite and peaceful. Delicious breakfast. Friendly staff.

We would recommend having a car.

Everything. The cadre was perfect. Owner and staffs were very welcoming. Room with jacuzzi was awesome. Good breakfast and cocktails. Would definitely recommend.

Everything was great! Very polite staff. There are very nice shampoos and conditioners in the room. There are also slippers in the room. There was a very beautiful view from our cottage. The sun was warm and in front of the cottage there is a small veranda made of terrace boards, with a table and chairs. The cottage has everything you need. A saucepan, a frying pan and dishes. A small stove, a refrigerator and a small dishwasher. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Thank you very much. We have stayed several times, we will definitely come back again.

Absolutely amazing property!!New, boutique style hotel in the middle of forest managed by young friendly team. Rooms are nicely decorated, you have a small kitchen and living room. Everything is done for your total comfort - good quality of bed linen, aromatic candle, some softs in the fridge, intimiste terrace with forest view. Can’t not mention the breakfast - it was just fabulous!! Best we ever had in Turquie in term of presentation and variety of choice!All in all: value for money - I would put 20 out of 10 if I could:))

Restaurant was closed in the evening as it’s low season time and I’m sure it should be amazing experience.So will need to come back:))

Just great! Exceeded any expectations! We were team of 8 ppl - 4 adults and 4 kids. We were lucky to be the only guests who were there for a night, the whole place was just for us. Great food! Amazing fireplace for the big company to spend beautiful evening. Great breakfast!

1- Location, 2- the property 3- the peaceful surroundings and a spacious porch4- Sadeq was good and understood guest dynamics.5- cosy and reasonably clean6- had an iron and a board

1- The couch bed is quite small and uncomfortable feet. Probably better for children than adults over 4 feet in height. 2- House keeping isnt by default and requires asking for it. 3- Wi-Fi was slow4- the staff is very helpful, but there were some minor communication issues.
