Once, our moped broke down in the middle of the road; the administrator was driving by, helped us get to the hotel, and sorted out the repair service. I had a birthday, and the staff helped set up a celebration area.This year, we decided to return to celebrate our anniversary. We booked a standard room. When we arrived to check-in, no one even smiled at us. A girl just said, "Follow me," led us upstairs, and showed us other rooms. Silently, without saying a word; she doesn't know English. Through a translator, we asked why she was showing us these rooms; we thought maybe they decided to upgrade us because the hotel was empty. She typed out that there would be an extra charge for these rooms. We refused and asked to be taken to our room. What a strange situation? What was the point of that?Upon entering our room, we found dirt everywhere, as if it hadn't been cleaned in a very long time. Dust, hair, insects, trash. The light in the bathroom didn't work. The towels were yellow and dirty. We reported the light issue immediately, and then men started walking back and forth through our room. We were very upset; instead of resting after our journey, we had to deal with problems. The welcome was a complete shock. Instead of friendliness, we were met with sour faces looking at us like we were just wallets.We weren't given keys and had to search the hotel for staff for about 10 minutes; no one was around. When we found an employee and asked for keys, he looked away and mumbled.

Everything, very nice views with great staff. Breakfast was great. Staff went above and beyond to help and accommodate our stay. Would absolutely recommend this boutique hotel for anyone looking for a clean space, with beautiful views and great staff :)

It a little out of the way but the hotel can call for a taxi for you. Great! if you’re looking for an oasis or to be away from the noise.

To begin with, the room was not very clean. The floor was sticky, the closet was dusty and the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned. There wasn't actually a glass of space to store the toothbrush. The floor at the entryway and reception was also sticky and dirty. A pile of umbrellas lay down in the pool area. The coffee machine was damaged and only served americanos. It was not possible to make a latte or anything with milk. They provide us cold milk to combine with our coffee.On the other hand, I ordered two deluxe rooms with sea views and was quite disappointed to come and discover that they were not the same. One chamber was much larger than the other. The wardrobe in the first room was double the size of the other room and even included a large desk with a chair. The other room has a tiny closet and no passageway to the bathroom, chair or desk. The space was more confined. It is not clear to me why I paid the same for different rooms. My room was right next to the reception area and room, which was rather disturbing. I hear whenever someone comes in, and I also hear when the receptionists speak. I appreciate that this is not the responsibility of the receptionist because he was performing his job, but this is a note to the owner because we can't rest as planned. While I find it amusing, this was the hotel where we spent the most money in Turkey. It was definitely not worth it. There must be other Kas villas with a better value for money and a stunning view in addition to more amenities.

Amazing place. I travel a lot and this is one of the best hotels I’ve visited lately. Perfect place for traveling alone. Views from the hotel are magnificent, especially on the sunset. Room is clean and spacious, great balcony. Breakfast is pretty good too. People who work in the hotel are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. They arranged a transfer from the airport and back and helped with a solo boat trip.

The hotel is located on an hill on the peninsula, with a great view and a quiet environment. You have to take the car to go to the beach or in town but it is a short drive and we preferred the quieter and more natural environment rather than the chaos in town. The swimming pool is really nice and the staff is warm and helpful. The suite is large and has a great view of the seaside.

The first night we slept in the budget room which is a bit small but still nice and fairly priced.

Super relaxing hotel with the most beautiful pool Property is situated far away from the centre so you need a car to access it. There is a private parking which you can make use of. The staff is very nice and we booked the Kekova boat trip through the hotel which was not expensive and amazing!

Breakfast is basic and could include more things however we did get the option to have the eggs cooked in whichever way we liked. Also each morning one of us had to go to inform the staff that there were people waiting for breakfast as no one from the hotel would be available near the breakfast tables. The deluxe junior suite room overlooking the pool has big windows facing the pool which can only be closed by curtains causing the room to be very dark. This meant that during the day whenever we were inside we had to stay with the curtains closed and switch on the light which does not make sense when other options can be availed of by the property such as blinds

Our stay at Hill House was amazing. The staff were so friendly and were always on hand to help whenever we needed. The room itself was clean and attention to detail was amazing. The pool at the hotel was a beautiful touch and was very calm and peaceful. We also had breakfast here which was good, there were a lot of times on offer and we couldn't finish it all! The location was also nice, away from the main centre of Kas so it was quiet and peaceful. The staff were always ready to call a taxi whenever we needed to head into the centre. We also booked a boat tour with them and got picked up from the hotel. Would definitely love to come and stay again!

The restaurant was shut when we planned to have dinner and a staff member told us that evening food service was not offered but the times stated on the welcome guide on the front said the restaurant meals were served between 7pm and 10pm. It wasn't a problem as we just got a taxi to the centre instead, just something to note.

Breakfast could have had more variety, but what there was, was ok. Evening meals advertised in advance would be a good idea.

The pool was the best amenity, and the staff was quite nice.

The room was disappointing for a 3-star hotel. The furniture was broken, the bed was uncomfortable, and there was no sound insulation between the rooms and the reception area, resulting in a lot of noise. This made it difficult to get a good night's sleep, which is crucial in a hotel. We actually left 3 nights earlier (lost the money) because we couldn’t stay longer. Breakfast is low average.

Samet and shahenez were extremely nice and professional towards us. They were very helpful and very friendly. Everyone else was nice there too. My wife and I were very happy with their services and the way they welcome us and looked after us.

We chose this place for being Adults Only but 3 out of the 5 days we stayed there, there were a group of kids playing and screaming at the pool. Maybe some of them were older than 14 years old but definitely not all of them. In any case, when you choose and Adults Only hotel, you expect peace and relaxation. Clearly this hotel is not strict enough with this policy, take this into consideration when booking.

Facilities are good, rooms and entire hotel is pretty clean and comfortable.Location is a really good option for best swimming spots, relaxing environment and chilling. Car usage may be recommended for a better experience.

I really scanned my memory and found a minus : The only bad thing was wifi performance. Also cellular is not so good in the peninsula.

Lack of staff, no cleaning during our stay, not enough sun beds for number of guests, not enough space to safely navigate the pool area without disturbing other people, noisy rooms, tiny dirty bathroom etc etc Not well maintained or managed.
