This hotel is amazing, it's beautifully designed, the views from the rooms and restaurant are incredible and the food is outstanding. What makes this place though is the staff, we've never experienced such friendly, personable staff who will go out of their way to help you. They remembered little details and make the whole experience special and memorable, can't thank them enough!

Charming Stay with Exceptional Staff

beautiful and peaceful place we definitely plan to come back! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the reception onward. A special thanks to Omar and Muharam for their warm attitude and excellent service ,they really made our stay memorable, Everything felt easy and enjoyable throughout the stay.

Cleaning the room was bad abd to mach cat making noise

1. Well designed. Great view from balcony (pool and ocean) 2. Staffs are sincere and casual but eager to provide good service and receive feedback3. We went during Easter holiday but it seams it’s off season for this place so really quite and private 4. Restaurants and bar is within the hotel so very convenient 5. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner provided are from a local brand from Istanbul

1. Towels are scratchy and not soft (I travel with my own towel so it’s not a problem for me but I’m sure they are happy to change)

Amazing Stay. Our Room had the most beautiful sea view. The Staff was lovely and helpful with all our wishes and questions. The stone building and scenery between palm trees, olive trees, and begonville flowers is simply breathtaking. The restaurant has a gorgeous sea view and breakfast was perfect. We will be back. Thank you for this amazing time.

Amazing views, beautiful stylish room and atmosphere. A lot of places for nice photos, beautiful interior of hotel. Friendly and helpful staff at the reception, very nice chef at restaurant, tasty meals. Compliment from hotel for the loud works near by. There was English speaking and even Russian speaking staff, it was very comfortable

Needs better cleaning, looks like at midseason some things in the room and hotel were not prepared. Dirty slipper package. Broken shower hanger. The hotel might also consider unpacking all the tables at the restaurant, because we were sitting around tables closed with covers, it was strange

It was a very nice and relaxing vacation. Really thank you very much to the owners and staff of the hotel. They helped me a lot during my short stay. The sea view and room size were very good. It definitely deserves more than this score.

It's a very nice Hotel. The location and the interest of the staff is really the reason for preference. It was difficult to choose when there were many options in the region, but I think I made the right choice. I would like to thank especially Mr. Eray at the reception for his support. It was a short vacation for the winter, Hotel that I will definitely prefer for my long vacation in the summer.

We had a very pleasant stay! The staff was friendly and welcoming, especially thanks to Eray. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a warm cup of tea, which was a lovely touch. The breakfast was good, and the location is absolutely beautiful, surrounded by nature. The only minor downside is the number of cats around, but that really depends on whether you like them or not. Overall, a great experience!

The property is beautiful. The room was large and had a spectacular view. It was also quiet and peaceful here. the dining area and bar are well designed. The staff were amazing, friendly, and helpful. They went above and beyond to help with anything I needed. the beach loungers by the sea were comfortable. the entire property felt peaceful, beautiful, and special. A lovely stay.

It is a ways from the city center and costs about $8 each way. If you want easy access to the city center, this hotel is a bit far and is not walkable. (60 minutes)

That it is completely understaffed! Same staff from morning to last thing at night. Very good well meaning but need help - BIG time.

The view is their only advantage

Everything except the view is a disaster. The towels are wet. The territory is dirty and there is trash everywhere. The hotel staff is unprofessional. Some of them even don’t speak English. The waiters don’t take away dirty plates from the table for 40-50 minutes. If you put a dirty plate somewhere (near a pool or near a sunbed), you would find it tomorrow exactly in the same place. There are hundreds of flies! They are so nasty, that you can’t get away from them. There are cats (they live at the property) that come every time people eat and start begging for food. If you do not give them food, they jump on the tables and eat your food directly from your plate. The hotel stuff tries to fool you - they put extras on your bill, please be careful and double check your receipt at the check out. THERE IS BLACK MOLD EVERYWHERE
