In the middle of an avarage small city with a largeparking garage

In the middle of a heatwave the airco was really belowavarage. It was still hot. Why put an thermostat in the room and create the illusion to have control over the temperature while all is automated.So in summer not the best choiceBreakfast was so so

Everything was absolutely exceptional. The staff was incredibly professional, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. The facility was spotless, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The food was not only superb but also beautifully presented and full of rich flavors. Every detail, from the service to the ambiance, contributed to a truly flawless experience

Location is nice, downtown. I liked the self-promotion videos.

Room was cold, the air conditioning was loud but not effective even after I requested at the reception.Staff was unhelpful, except for Susanne. I sent several emails in advance of our arrival asking for transfer and food and drink options, ealy checkout, and I never got any reply. On site, I did not get any help on the above neither even when the taxi we have ordered was not there at 4am and we had hardly any options.

Better than expected. Nice beds, clean room, quiet. Nice lounge in the reception area and close to everything.

Could hear doors closing from other guests. No view, but did not expect that.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is great as well, really close to the river, town centre and train station. Our room had everything we needed and was very clean.

We could hear the people in the room next to us when they were talking. I think this is because it looked like they had the options of the rooms being linked up as there was a locked door to that room. Luckily it wasn't a problem as they weren't noisy, but it might have been if they were.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location with everything you need in walking distance. The rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. Very good breakfast.

The location is perfect, it's right at the end of the mainstreet, also near a park. Hotel staff is very helpful and the rooms were very clean.

Beds / mattresses are very good. Location is great. We could open the window. Parking places could easily be found. People at the front desk were very friendly.

Breakfast service was very bad. You had to look for silverware, glasses and napkins yourself, as tables were either still dirty or not prepared. Hard boiled eggs were not cooked. The machine didn’t seem to work correctly. Carpets in all the rooms are not great for people with allergies.

Friendly staff and a really comfortable room. Great to have restaurants and the park in walking distance. We slept very well. It would have been even better if there was a discount arrangement between the carpark and the hotel for guests because it was expensive.

The location is great, 2 minutes to city center where you can find great restaurants. Breakfast was also quite good.

I would like to have bigger glass for juice and water for breakfast.

It says there is parking lot but it's actually public paid parking close to the hotel.

Location was great and the rooms were spotless. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The room had everything you needed and was fairly spacious. The breakfast was very nice and the selection was perfect.

The only negative was that they didn’t serve food on a evening.

Basic, standard, OK. Found a free parking right outside, good location with nice restaurants around the corner.

No button to get the elevator up to our (top) floor… ? had to walk down one floor.

The hotel is well located, close to the city center and lot of restaurants. The office of tourism is less than 10mins walk.There is an all day free parking space at less than 10mins walk (boulevard Foch) and an evening free parking opposite the hotel.The building is clean, well maintained. The reception is beautifully decorated, welcoming and cosy. The rooftop and it's view is a must-visit for a relaxing moment.The staff of this hotel is simply amazing and so helpful. They go the extra mile for the guests. The nice touch is the video showcase in the elevator and corridor where you can view videos of the team creating content in diverse events to advertise the hotel.Well done to the manager for the great idea and the motivation of his team.
