- The views are surreal Front desk was often helpful
- Great staff. Made to order breakfast in included in your stay and can be served to your room. 4 star hotel that feels like a 5 star stay with the exception of spa/gym.
Cons -
- The AC barely worked, it did not reach the bathroom at all, we were sweating The hot tub could not be adjusted to the temperature we prefer. Sometimes the staff would ignore our requests or not take them seriously
- It's a little hard to find the hotel. It's new so many taxi drivers don't know it yet. I advise you to get an uber from the airport/ferry port so you can type in the hotel destination. Walk down the steps beside past market and youll see the Hom sign.
