Poor breakfast, poor hospitality, a cold atmosphere

I was there in off season. However, everything was still great and perfectly clean. Loved everything about this hotel, easy park place, close to center, and perfect view.

I was disappointed that there were no staff in the hammam to give us the full experience.

I liked the room and the view of the harbour and out to sea. I was expecting a buffet breakfast but the menu breakfast was very good and was more than enough. It was out of season and quiet at the hotel but the staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool area and surrounding gardens are nice. The room was comfortable and spacious.

I have nothing to complain about really. It would have been nice to have a glass of orange juice with the breakfast (actually I never asked if that was available) and the coffee at breakfast wasn't the best!

Modern, functional, well placed, well staffed, great views, great food, kind and courteous staff.

The usual cats meowing for food around the tables. Much less annoying than in beach restaurants though.

Beautiful views from the rooms, friendly staff, good value for money (if you wait for good deals to be released - booking ahead can prove pricey!) and nice decor/design. The breakfast could perhaps benefit from a little more variety and this is the second time we've visited when the Steam Room was not working in the spa (but the sauna, salt room and hamam are all great). Overall, highly recommended.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly polite and accommodating, which made my experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic. The facilities were well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious. Additionally, all the rooms had a stunning sea view, which made the stay even more memorable. I highly recommend this hotel!

Wifi connection could use some improvement.

The room was very clean and spacious. We had everything we need. And also, the room service was successful. Staff was very friendly and kind.

Hygiene in the kitchen needs a little bit more attention.

Staff not very helpful after we checked in and after packing we realised the air con in our room wasn’t working and it was 40 degree heat outside so uncomfortable to sleep without air con. We asked to change rooms. They didn’t help us move and the room they swapped us to was less than what we had booked and paid for. We were tired from travelling and in the morning on closer inspection could see the room wasn’t immaculately clean especially in the bathroom it looked like the room hadn’t been used for a while but we gave up as couldn’t be bothered to change rooms again as we were only there for 3 nights so after our experience we would not return or recommend hotel.

The staff were very unfriendly and ignored you unless you spoke to them especially in breakfast! The pool bar was never manned so you had to go looking for staff if you wanted a drink!The shower was in desperate need of some limes ale remover! We couldn’t use the main shower head as it was so blocked up!

Hotel was lovely, rooms fabulous & clean, yummy breakfast & great pool. Short walk to harbour.

The lights in room 315 were not wired correctly & we're difficult to fathom! The staff customer service was not what I am used to in Turkey, no good morning at breakfast, not many smiles, no "can I get you anything", not very forthcoming or friendly sadly. We weren't sure if they were rude or untrained in hospitality. Lots of people sat around the pool in 34 degrees, but if you wanted a drink, you had to go & hunt someone down, even though they weren't busy.We were waiting 15 mins to speak to the guy in reception whilst he was on his mobile phone.It almost felt like we were a nuisance?

Room was good size and clean. Facilities were great and breakfast was very good.

Pool bit tired round the edges and chairs were worn. Staff could be more interactive and cheery. Made breakfast feel a bit uncomfortable whilst standing around. Check out was just payment and no goodbye or how was your stay or hope all was well with your time here good etc. Took the payment and that was that . Need more lighting on the steps at the evening time very dark.

This hotel was fantastic. Although slightly out of season and thus very quiet, the hotel and the staff were excellent. The pool facilities were beautiful and the view from the hotel over Datca was stunning.

The views and the property are great, if only a bit soulless, for our taste. It's a modern establishment on the posh side, popular mainly with the local tourists. No access to the beach, but there's a great pool.

The room was amazing and clean everyday. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel restaurant food was equally good!

There seems to be a club at the beachfront area and the music is so loud that I could hear it on the 4th floor of the hotel room. Music tends to go on till 1am at night. Perhaps the hotel can consider installing soundproofing.
