    • The location was good, the breakfast was very good, the gym was nice.
    • Best hotel I have ever been to. Every inch of this hotel is beautiful and well kept. Staff is very helpful. The whole resort is one of a kind. Pools are clean, and the room is cleaned twice a day. The entire hotel smells good. Breakfast is amazing. Not even one bad word to say after four entire days. Will definitely recommend visiting this hotel at any cost. Once in a lifetime experience. This is a genuine recommendation.
    • Overall it was a pleasant experience. Excellent staff and service. They really made a difference in our trip. ?-Very nice beachfront and sea. It doesn't get as much wind as some of the other beaches in the island. But there are certainly not enough beach chairs or simply beach space to accommodate everyone...- Pool bar food was tasty but a little on the pricey side. Same goes for the cocktails. But these are to be expected in Mykonos. - Breakfast was nice nothing phenomenal but quite okay. - Hotel room was comfortable and was nicely serviced multiple times a day by the housekeeping staff. The toilet door was a glass mirror that was probably supposed to be opaque when closed but it was seethrough at certain angles? something went wrong I guess. - The free shuttle to the town center was quite useful. It takes half an hour to arrive to the drop off after which a 10-15 min walk to the center is necessary. But it works and no need to rent a car or driving in the winding and narrow dangerous roads of Mykonos. Quite a lot of guests use it. Can be a bit hectic to get a spot.

    Cons -

    • I will not be back to this hotel. There’s no coffee machine in the room which is basic, they offer extra 15€ and additional 2.5€ per capsule which is ridiculous price after what they charge for night compare to others. The hotel is full of stuff that always moving parts around like establishing an event. While you seat on the pool A LOT of people are moving around parts (tables, sunbeds, umbrella etc. ) and making noises like I’m in the middle of a construction area! Suddenly someone even started digging with a machine (!!). Not only this, the room decorated weird like no one pay attention to the small details - for example you going outside the bathroom and you need to walk naked in the room to get a towel because the tow is behind behind the door outside the shower room. The energy and atmosphere overall in the room felt uncomfortable. More over the safe box didn’t work, as well as the bed light. It was my birthday gift to myself, I put a note to let the team know that this is my birthday, and none of them pay attention to this. After all these things, I asked the manager to have a coffee machine as a complimentary, and he refused. Service level 0. I’m coming to Mykonos at least twice a year, I will never return to this hotel.
    • The only thing I didn't like is that they raised the bar so high it would be very hard to enjoy any other vacation.
    • The only problem is that there are not enough beach chairs to accommodate guests from multiple branches of the hotel. The beach chairs are very closely stacked, which we did not expect from such an expensive hotel it felt a bit more like a cheaper resort where you have to wake up early and fight for space, stressful. We chose to sunbathe by the pool area, which is quite nice, and walk down to the beach when we wanted to swim. A buggy between the hotel and the beach would be nice. Even though the walk is indeed short it is quite steep. The gym is nice but small mainly there are not enough cardio machines. The ones available need maintenance. There are other equipment available but in the mornings there was a line for the cardio.

we booked impearled the rooms was ok not that big but when we arrived they upgraded us to the Villa and its was super Huge. View was breath taking from our balconey, we alos had a hot tub in our balconey , it was paradises . The beach was so close to the Myconian Collection walking distance , staff were super helpful and friendly , room service was excellent . pools were clean , good food at the pool bar :) , the Hotel Bus would take the all the costomers who would lik to visit little venice evryday pick and drop to the little town . they timings started early from 9 and the last pick up was 11.30. we visite 2 hotels one was impearl and we stayed at villa myconian collection we used both the pools and could chose any place to have breakfast in the morning both hotels's breakfast were excellet., wifi at the villa pool was excellent but the wifi at the impearl poos as poor . you can request for shuttle bus for pickup and drop yo thr airport as well as we did . the breakfast on the day we were leaving was not good at all . they handed us a box of 2 slice of bread with ham which was very dry one cold boiled ege and an apple to go which got us upset because we expected a little more like everythings was great at the hotel but this put us off we paid for all the days included the last day as well at least the breakfast should have been decent .that was dispoiment. no complains other than this , everything was top notch You can find my videos on tick tok and instagram soon will be uploading on youtube as well to get a clear picturetiktok ; https://www.tiktok.com/@mariapereira941?_t=8mgHdS9jatx&_r=1insta: https://www.instagram.com/maria.ria.90834?igsh=MWVtcjJ6dWdpaWhtNA==youtube https://youtube.com/@mariapereira-sz4ps?si=SMtvQtXPC9m_WpJ6

    I liked the staff.

The breakfast was very bland had no true breakfast to say we had breakfast in Greece. Very costly for no reason. The hotel transpiration says online every 2 hour into town but the bus was never on time and made me miss lots of dinner reservations and different appointment made. The first room given to us was very disappointing nothing was working from the tv to the lights the ac. I think it was defiantly over priced beyond words. For a hotel with no heated pools. And a jacuzzi that wasn’t heated as well.

Thanks to all the truly wonderful staff who made our stay so fabulous! Every single staff member was kind, helpful, and warm. The resort is in a fantastic location, just a few steps from the beach, and offers a shuttle service to the old town and back. We loved our room with a direct sea view, and all the facilities in the room were great, they even bought us a free kettle and tea, the only downside to the room is the sleeping quality, unfortunately the bed mattress was in a bad shape, we asked for it to be replaced but the other mattress was just the same broken mattress. Except the mattress issue we loved everything. The room was clean and well maintained and the cleaning staff comes twice a day, which was surprising and nice.Breakfast was amazing, we always came early to make sure to get a table right next to the view. The staff members were lovely! They made sure our baby finds what to eat and well fed, thank you! The reception staff were very very nice and friendly, especially with our baby, at the last day our daughter even hugged them goodbye, and generally all the hotel members were just the best! At the pool bar, doormen, bellboys, cleaning staff thank you all for heartwarming hospitality.Facilities were great too, spa appointments were easy to get, pool is awesome- beautiful infinity pool with exceptional view. The hotel decor is stunning, the location is right near the beach, the hotel offers free beach beds and umbrellas, the beach is clean and beautiful. Couldn’t ask for a better vacation.

Bed mattress needs to be replaced. And maybe add more shuttle options during day time. A private ride will cost you 50€.

Most of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was amazing, and the pools were superb. Sunbeds were comfy, towels were provided, and the cleaners were excellent. The food was good, and the entire place had an air of sophistication and style. In the room, the air con was highly effective and the water was hot. Dressing gowns were also provided and I thought, all-in-all, it was very good value for money.

The room had no drawers! We therefore had to leave 'smalls' including swimwear in the suitcase....not ideal. We were provided with 2 small dressing gowns. OK for me (being small/med) but not for my husband. There is no kettle, although one is available by request. For us, a kettle is an essential requirement. There is no where to dry towels or swimwear? A few hooks wouldn't go amiss or a drying rack on the terrace (we were in a room with a pool).Restaurants were overly inflexible. I asked for an orange juice after the 10.00 a.m. cut off, which was refused. I also asked whether goats cheese could be substituted in the salad for another type of cheese but again this was not deemed possible! The loud drum and bass music plays ALL day and night and I found it intrusive and annoying. Finally, 8-10.30 is early for breakfast, considering the time difference from England (6-8.30) and bearing in mind we are on holiday!

Best breakfast ever, beautiful hotel overall, exec suite was spacious, great restaurant options

Private pool as well as the main pool were cold, room needs to be spruced up as it was showing some wear & tear, better system needed for pool & beach drink/food service

    10JenniferPosted on: 9-8-2023

We loved everything about our experience. The breakfast was amazing, the beach, the pool, and the design/style of the property was exceptional.

Nothing - the property, staff, and facilities were top notch!

    8RsanaaPosted on: 9-4-2023

The pool area and some of the staff there were really nice, especially stathos and his wife. The sushi restaurant was really nice, although expensive. Breakfast was good. My only advice is to invest a bit in the cheese and cold cuts. They are tasetless and of low quality. You can definitely invest there more. The cleaning leady cleans the room twice daily, which is nice. Some days, she would provide bottles of water and other days she would, not sure why, really.

The bar man was abnoxious. I really think he doesn't want to be there. Sofia, on the other hand, was really nice and always cheerful. The redheaded receptionist was rather rude, as if ready to fight, you would be scared even to ask a question, i don't recall her name, but she spoke russian. Also, you can not use the sauna or the jacuzzi (which isn't really a jacuzzi (the temperature is similar to the one outside), unless you purchase a treatment, the cheapest is a 20 minute massage for 80€. We were leaving early on the checkout day and asked for breakfast at 6 am. They said they would provide trays at the reception and not a breakfast box to take. The trays had coffee and tea, tons of bread, and nothing to eat it with except some jam. we were not expecting a 5-star breakfast, but this was absolutely disgraceful. A sandwich and some juice would have been better, or at least some fruit.

Very bad experience at the checkin in the middle of the night. spending more than 1 hour and a half.

The staff was amazing and helpful Hotel was clean and the room was big well stocked The cleaning team comes several times per day to clean and restockThe restaurant at the hotel is tasty fresh and very good Breakfast is one of the best I had in hotel at Greece They have hair dresser at the royal hotel from their collection that is just great

    10MirnaPosted on: 7-9-2023

Everything was perfect. The staff was incredible, anticipating all our needs and genuinely very friendly. One of our best experience in a five star hotel.

Got upgraded to the myconian villas collection. the hospitality of the staff and the GR manager Georges was outstanding ! Also was able to late checkout without additional fees which is really really nice.

First we booked for the Myconian Imperial but when we got there they put us on the Myconian Villas...nice and modern hotel. Very friendly staff. The room was very nice and clean with a wonderful view. The breakfast was good. it is far from the village but the hotel has a daily bus service already included in the rate, which is good.

    4RoisinPosted on: 10-1-2022

NOT a five star hotel BUT with five star prices - Fur coat and no knickers.

This is hotel was such a disappointment. Overpriced. Not particularly clean. I don't mind paying for a fabulous experience but this is hotel is not that, not the food, not the services and not the staff. It is beautifully designed so if you want somewhere for a good Instagram pic, that is all this hotel has to offer. Our room wasn't clean around the sink in the bathroom and the toilet at reception was very dirty. Most of the staff obviously didn't want to be there, you could see they were finding it hard to keep the fake smiles on their facesWe were there for five full days and two of those days they closed the pool early with only an hours noticeWe had to check in with reception FIVE times to confirm our taxi to the airport.Don't eat dinner here, overpriced for not good quality food. 5 EURO for one small bread roll. 17 EURO for seafood soup...it was carrot broth with one prawn, one mussle, one cockle and one tiny piece of fish. Drinks are also obviously ridiculously overpriced!90 EURO for a very bog standard manicure. They pulled the prices out of thin air!No tea and coffee facility in the rooms, this is basic in any hotel room.
