    Pros +

    • The staff and property were absolutely lovely. They had a great Greek breakfast included and the pool had a great view/bar area and was just picturesque.
    • Excellent staff, convenient location by sea bus, land bus, small grocery. Good restaurant and good selection at breakfast . Pool has lots of seating. Close to bar restaurant to order drinks, Airport + ferry pickup drop off really nice service included
    • Very nice, lovely pool, fab view. Bus stop at the hotel.

    Cons -

    • Only slight negative was the location, it is walkable to the Mykonos town area but the roads were a bit dicey. Also, no fault of the hotel but the Mykonos bus system is split into two areas so it created the need for multiple buses to get to locations.
    • Upper unit was 31 steps up but lower units available Shower is a bit cramped as taps stick out quite far. Traveling to town everyday some might not like. Mykonos very windy so windows shut constantly. Pool is very deep one leaving stairs. 10  plus ?
    • Very limited menu. Good food.

The hotel was nice, good location,

Some rooms had lots of stairs like mine, the staff would not help me with the luggage and made a comment I should leave it in my car and just take what I need for the day.Only came to help when they saw me doing it alone..The AC was not cooling enough my room was 26 ° even at night

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very kind, the facilities were great, our room in Life Suites was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The views in front of the port were stunning, and overall, it was was a delightful experience.

    Everything was very good.

It's close to the port and the bus station. Swimming pool is okay option if you have to wait for your flight. We also got hotel towels, which was convenient. There is also a parking if you rent a car, but I don't know if there is enough space in summer peak when it's even more crowdy.

The breakfast was just horrible. One hour before closing the breakfast they were out of eggs and didn't re-fill it. The only option was eggs with peppers, if you don't like peppers or your stomach can't eat this, to bad for you. Even if you ask, they aren't able to make eggs for you. Me and my husband split leftovers. This happened 2 days in a row. There were cheap salami and food was mainly packed, even bread wasn't refilled with fresh bread but only toast. Cakes felt somehow stale. I went hungry from the breakfast. Really bad experience, considering we paid so much for the room. We also didn't like the attitude: you can't drink your own water by the pool, only products that you buy there. (Although the bar was open after 12.30.).

We stayed here 2 years ago and my mom requested we come back. It is very conveniently located and has nice views. She loves the OJ haha.

I don’t like lugging my bags up the steps and that they don’t offer a port transfer service

This hotel was picture prefect, from the room, to the balcony, to the pool, to the bar, to the grounds and the staff was so helpful answering questions and welcoming us. All expectations were exceeded.

GPS navigation didn't take us to the correct location.

Really nice hotel close to the harbour. This was very important to me since I arrived and departed late at night by ferry. As consequence Mykonos town is a 20 min walk away (though still a nice walk with sea views). I received a very large room located over a nice small garden as well.

Very friendly, helpful manager. Very convenient for the port.

Wifi was very poor, but it was explained that this may have been the fault of engineering works rather than the hotel.

    10CliffordPosted on: 4-1-2025

Great view of the new port. A short walk from the port and a 15 minute walk from town.

    1LouisPosted on: 3-28-2025

The property is located very close to the new port.

No pool, balcony was pretty much a window you could only stick your head out of. Reception was great but left as soon as I got there, and did not respond when I try to get a hold of them.

Lovely hotel overlooking the port with wonderful staff, great amenities and easy access to Chora.

    9MariaPosted on: 10-11-2024

Location close to new port, easy to get into Mykonos old port by sea bus which was great.

No happy hour cocktails are not cheap!!

Very easy going, nothing was too much for them. We got upgraded to a suite without asking. It was really smart. Lovely hotel. Great views.

The walk up to the suite was a bit steep when carrying luggage. I imagine someone with walking issues might find the hill a bit too much.

    8LesleyPosted on: 9-28-2024

A good location if you want to be out of the hustle that’s town with easy access to the Seabus to get you there.

Would have loved the washing machine to be turned on but understand that water is an issue.

    10MiriaPosted on: 9-26-2024

The deep swimming pool was perfect ? The hotel is near the new port and it's perfect if you want to travel to nearby islands or if you like to take the seabus and travel to the old port of chora. Also, the room was spacious.

We arrived early at the Olia after a weeks sailing and on arrival we were met by George who manages the hotel. George gave us a comprehensive introduction to the hotel and places to see and visit and the ways to get there. We dropped our bags at reception and sat by the pool and had a few drinks and had something to eat at the restaurant. The hotel overlooks the New port and sailing marina at Tourlos. There are enough sun loungers around the pool for people and gentle easy listening music playing in the background. The hotel is quirky and all rooms have there own entrances and very clean and spacious with great air-con, most rooms from what I could tell could view the sea from them. There is a bus stop right outside the Olia, which goes to and from the Airport that is on the way to the New port for 3 Euros. and the Sea Bus is 5 minutes walk that will take you to Mykonos town for 2 Euros or the Seajet and Ferry terminals to take you to a multiple of other islands.Breakfast is a buffet and plenty of choice with hot bacon, sausages and eggs and meats, cheeses and fruits.

The only minor downside is the hotel is on a road and sometimes be a little noisy, but it is not a constant noise.
