The hotel is centrally located near the train station, restaurants and shopping, all of the staff is very friendly and helpful, the property is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast buffet is very nice.

Carpet inside the lift.

The staff was very nice! Good location and had a nice parking space if you come by car!

Been staying in this hotel before and had a very good impression. Most of the hotel facilities were in good condition. A stylish interior and very good foods. Staff were nice and helpful. Room was quite.

I have been to 2 rooms. First room has a small and dark toilet, only 2 lights from the mirror. No bathtub.

I stay there for work, always good memories. And good ideas. It's quiet and nicely equipped.

Friendly staff who spoke English. Central location. Old fashioned small hotel charm as distinct from the more sterile corporate hotel options. Breakfast option was very good.

Would have liked better food option in the evening. There was a small buffet option and guests could order a microwave pizza but no formal restruant on site.

Very fast checkin... took about 2 minutes. Perfect.Easy parking.Easy access to center of Bensheim and restaurants.Well laid out rooms.Modern facilities.

Checkout was slow.Seems every German hotel buys their bed linen at Ikea... thin, cheap and not comfortable. I stayed at a Swissotel a few days before and their standard is at a completely different level than the average German hotel. Bacchus could buy decent pillows and blankets to make the bed more comfortable.
