Beautiful spa hotel, with spacious rooms, superfriendly staff, and parking. The restaurant was fabulous; the included breakfast was amazing, and the one time we stayed there for dinner was excellent as well.

The interior feels a bit dated, same as the bathroom, but it's in great condition and clean. It's a bit of a walk if you want to go to the centre of Trier, but we enjoyed it.

The Hotel is very well managed. Very nice facilities. Especially the pool areas and the early coffee service was fantastic

Excellent facilities, including a walk-in shower. Parking was easy directly in front of the hotel when available.The staff was gracious and accommodating. They went out of their way to do anything that would be helpful. The pool was well heated, and we loved using it. The view was incredible.

The welcome was really great: the guy took the time to show us properly around the hotel and made sure we could access the parking. The rooms were modern and comfortable with really excellent showers. The breakfast was a real highlight, with an excellent choice and really good service. I was very happy to be able to charge my car in the underground parking.

The room was beautiful with a lovely balcony. Breakfast service in the restaurant was good.

There was limited parking at the hotel. However we could park outside an annexe 3 minutes walk away for free. There is also payed, underground parking inside the building. The restaurant dinner menu seemed a bit limited, so we didn't eat there.

Spotlessly clean, exceptionally comfortable. Luxurious facilities. The indoor swimming pool was pure relaxation and on the evening we had it to ourselves. Highly recommend reserving a table to eat in the hotel restaurant, the food was delicious. Great service. Breakfast was also delicious with a huge variety to choose from. Can’t fault the whole experience and would love to return.

Very limited underground parking available so make sure you book!

Slightly far from town

Sky Pool is unbeatable, especially at night. Breakfast was excellent. Location above the city with wonderful views. Tastefully decorated.

No bottled water provided in room.

The rooftop pool is fantastic! The breakfast area and choices are exceptional! The distance between the hotel and downtown can be done on foot. The room is spacious as well as the bathroom.

The hotel is pet friendly, my husband smelled some pet smells in the bedroom. This might be caused by the carpeted bedroom.

the temperature of the pool: we went in April and the water temperature was too cold for me… but this is a personal remark

Our stay was great! The staff was super friendly, and the rooms well equipped. The location was perfect, only 15 min walking to Trier city. The view from the sky pool was great, although the water could be a little bit warmer, but no complaints :) Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

Food was excellent and plentiful. Facilities spotless and superb. Ambiance was lovely. Staff very helpful.

It was a disappointment the restaurant wasn't open on Sunday evening.
