Location. Walkable from train station. Market nearby.

Did not feel rooms were up to star level.

I did not stay. I checked in and didnt like it. It was old, and just not what was adevertised to me. I drove back to Luxembourg and checked into the Sofitel. Even though I paid for the room I could not stay.

cozy hotel in a very good location near shops and restaurants. Excellent service in lobby bar . clean and quiet room, fantastic shower ( for once the pressure was good and you didn't need to adjust the temperature of water all the time). Definitely will visit again.

It was Valentine's day so the restaurant was fully booked- maybe this could have been mentioned on the site.

Nice comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. Comfortable lobby and bar, that invites you to stay, have a drink, chat or read a book. Very friendly staff. Good location, at the edge of the inner city. Very reachable by car and good parking facilities.

There’s a club across the street, that can be quite noisy until 3am. Make sure your room is at the opposite site of the building.

Clean, comfortable, perfectly located, and with efficient and friendly staff. The restaurant (Plaza Grill) serves an excellent steak, and a ditto breakfast.

Not the cheapest accommodation in Trier, but you get what you pay for.

The room was nice

There was a techno party that went on until 4 am nearby and the thumping music kept me awake.

Air conditioning didn’t sufficiently work and after asking twice, still no one had fixed it. The gym was small, with limited equipment, the rooms also only had twin beds pushed together which were quite uncomfortable. The TVs you cant stream anything to them, not smart TVs so very very limited. For a hotel of this price these are very small essentials that should be in place.

I was expecting more from a 4 star hotel. One of beds was really old and we ended up sleeping on it 1 night each because we couls not bear more. We also indicated this but the only thing that vould be done was flip the matress well if its this worn out it really does not matter which way its lying. With my allergies the room was already a challenge with the carpet and everything. It was dusty and outdated.
