There were a restaurant and all day the people did noiseThe whether was perfect but there is no HVAC system!!! so with 30 degrees you cannot stay at the room during the dayI had the room 15, avoid it

Super evening meal menu. Friendly staff. Perfect for a stopover travelling back to the Netherlands from Austria.

The quality and quantity of breakfast was very nice. The location was also good close to the town. We enjoyed a lot. Thanks a lot.

Due to the summer season, it was very hot, however, the room does not have air conditioner or even fan. Of course, it is the place that normally you do not need to have air conditioners, but if you have something, it would be great.

Absolutely no coffee or tea making facilities in the room. The breakfast is strange., seems to be a lot of everything but hot choice is only one - boiled egg. At first sight the room is perfectly clean, but under the bed there's a lot of dust.Pillows and blankets could have been much better.

The room we had (223) was large with a sitting area, wooden floors and a large double bed. Whilst no tea/coffee making facilities, room came with a safe. Bathroom was lovely with walk in shower- one of nicest bathrooms we have had!Balcony had view of River Main. In spite of it being October we were able to eat outside. Whilst pricey would recommend Pork medallions with Pfefferling mushrooms.Breakfast not extensive but was fresh. Staff made great efforts to accommodate my wife’s gluten-free meal. Receptionist/ manager was welcoming and made real effort to make our stay special. Excellent customer service! Free car parking.

Information on the site ( room description) is not correct. We’re family of 3 nonetheless I’ve booked two rooms: triple and double, I really needed room (the double plus superior one) with balcony, which ,according to foto’s and description on the site, I’ve booked. There is no airco, no fans so balcony was important. Instead, got a really small room with really small window on the sunny side. Eventually didn’t really use it and stayed in triple room.

Lovely hotel within walking distance to the historical town centre. We also really enjoyed sitting on the terrace in the evening, drinking some lovely local wine! The staff has been exceptionally friendly and helpful. Definitely recommended :)

The reason we booked this hotel was because it was advertised to have an EV charging point. This charging point is on the hotel car park however it is out of order. To be fair the hotel did let us know in a message before we arrived it will not be possible to charge there but it would be great if they could make sure the charger is fixed or remove it from the booking.com listing. We would be more than happy to pay for the charging too, and I think all hotels should have multiple points available, especially for such a large hotel with a large car park.

Private parking, easy to find in a good location near all the amenities. Nice walks along the river

Nothing to dislike

The location was excellent directly next to the Main-Radweg. Most of the staff were nice.

My first-floor room was directly above the hotel's terrace from where constantly cigarette smoke and loud shoutings entered to the room. (The windows had to be kept open otherwise there would have been a sauna in the room.) After 10 p.m. I complained at the reception about the smoke and the noise. The receptionist told me that I had to wait for another 30 minutes until they close the terrace. Indeed the noise stopped after that time and also the disgusting smoke vented out shortly so by 11 p.m. I was finally able to use my room to relaxing sleep. The receptionist said that it is completely normal that the room does not have access to fresh air as it was a 'cheap room'. He also told me that I should be happy because there is a large bed in the room although I booked the room alone. Actually, these were just two single mattresses with a wooden separator between them so this 'huge advantage' didn't add any comfort at all.One of the mattresses were so old and worn-out that its center sagged. But as I was 'lucky' at least I could switch to the other mattress.The old shower tray was so slippery that I fell in the bathroom. The room's furniture was outdated and extremely basic it didn't even have a fridge or light blocking curtain.

This is a very nice hotel, and very quiet with excellent service. You must eat at the restaurant. It was one of my best dining experiences ever and I highly recommend it. The breakfast was also excellent.

First impressions weren't good, hotel was 'shut' and lift wasn't working - our room was on the third floor and I am disabled.But, they had left a phone number and it proved very useful - they said someone would be along shortly and the owner turned up - he gave us the master key to the hotel and asked us to leave it on the bar when we had finished with it, he also recommended a good restaurant to have dinner in and gave us directions for how to get there. After that everything worked perfectly and we decided to spend another night there. Breakfast was very good and we loved the lady on duty there, like all the staff she seemed to put the visitors interests first.

The view was not as expected by the name of the hotel.

The hotel is near the river and the center. It is easy to park, the hotel has its own restaurant.The room was large, modern and clean. Comfortable bed and bed sheets.Excellent breakfast with the possibility to eat outside.I wish we stayed more than 1 night.

The room was too big for us. I would have preferred to stay in smaller and a bit cheaper room for our 1 night sleep-over.

wonderful location, very nice and polite service . We arrived early and they allowed us early check-in. lovely Lady on reception was very helpful. We was traveling with dogs, there is nice outside aria to walk around. Beautiful city, hotel, location. Highly recommend. Excellent restaurant . Thank you very much .

Sunday breakfast ends at 10am which is too early for a relaxing Sunday breakfast.
