- Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Cleanliness. Breakfast offered a variety of choices, and alll was well supplied, clean, great attention was paid to clearing dishes as we finished eating, good lighting throughout, onsite parking.
- Looked brand new/upgraded hotel. Close to the different attractions in Heidelberg. Plenty of parking for the hotel. Restaurant option in the hotel.
- Close to the train station. Cucumber and orange water. Croissants available when we arrived. Lobby was nice.
Cons -
- Parking is 15 euros per night.
- Room was dusty. Sink did not have any dish soap to wash dishes. No breakfast to grab and go. Bed was hard.
- It would be very interesting if they offer adapters for outlets or USB outlets.
