Good location, nice people at the counter..

It’s not a hotel, it’s like rooms to rent..the hitting was not working, I had a very expensive cold night and the counter was closing early..no basic stuff in room for this price is bad..old room.

Excellent place to stay in Heidelberg. Hotel is located right on the main streetthat goes through town. Each room has its own unique decor based on different cities. Really liked that idea. Everything was very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Central in town. Easy to walk to sites of interest. Staff friendly and fun rooms.

Nice Ambiente. The rooms have a nice interior style, each individually decorated following the theme of a particular world city.

The parking was pretty far from the hotel that is absolutely incovenient for a traveler with a car and heavy luggage. Out of the date shower and a room interior (Athene room). The price for the quality is pretty high.

Easy to find. Spacious light, airy room.

Tiny things; eg Light bulbs in bedside lamps didnt work. Got a bit lost finding room first time. Helped an older person find way out.

Love the employees and the location. Rooms are unique and comfortable. Excellent staff!

The receptionist was very friendly, efficient & helpful. Booked us seats at nearby restaurant which was excellent

We were there towards the end of a long heatwave. The hotel could therefore have offered at least more or more powerful fans. Windows had to be left as open as possible - which was not very much - and this was pointless because of the ambient temperature and because,even slightly open, the maximum possible, the windows did nothing to stop shouty noises that went on through the night in the street outside from jolting us awake again just as we thought we might have been falling asleep at last. There were no blinds, shutters or opaque curtains to block the light in the morning, either. One of the worst nights I have ever spent in a hotel anywhere. Pro-NATO propaganda leaflets in the foyer did little to help but I guess something has to be done to distract attention from the damage to the German economy by the "who, me?" US sabotage of NordStream2. Otherwise, Heidelberg was great place to visit, not least for more high-quality ice-cream parlours than I've ever encountered anywhere.

No airco. No fridge.

Kind and very helpful personnel. The Paris room was cool and beatiful. Clean and comfortable. The position of the hotel couldn't be better.

The staff is amazing, very friendly and helped me with everything I needed. Including the owner that generously preordered me the breakfast this morning .Location is great, in the center of the city, but quiet rooms. Having room in different themes is so creative; every time in go back I’m curious to see in which room I will stay now. It was London this time, Zermatt last time.
