Location convenient to the hbf

We arrived at the hotel at approximately noon expecting to be able to store our luggage until check in time. The doors were locked and no staff available and only a note stating that there would be no staff until 4 PM. Well after check in time.

friendly receptionists, very accommodating and helpful. this hotel is an older version but it satisfied our needs at that time. a little bit expensive for the price, i think. thank you.

Location, location, location. It's just meters away from the railway station.

Was cheapest amongst options. Was near to train station.

Location is far from old town and Schloss.

The room was very clean and agreable , and the location was near the train station so it was perfect for me but a bit far from the center (I needed to take public transport). It was quite easy to find . There were shutters so the sun didn't get through

I had to wait 15 min outside as nobody were here and I didn't have any instructions. They gave me my key in express and didn't tell me about the check out . It was quite far from the center of the city . And the air conditioner noise is very loud even if it goes after 15/20min. It also has some little insect in the curtain.

Super friendly staff, they even helped me outside the service hours, great location, quiet, neat, clean, warm-hearted

The location în the town

Missing personell to solve any client's problem. No breakfast available despite the fact that it was already paid, poor conditions offered by the room, it's not worthed the monedele paid. The correct price rate should be no more than EUR 20,

The beds were very comfortable.

The morning we were leaving, we had to be up early to catch the bus.We had NO hot water and very poor water pressure. We had no communication about this whatsoever, and when we left our keys at checking, we couldn't even complain as there was no one there. This was a let down.Once again a hotel that does not supply a shower mat,

Just the location. Nothing else

Everything except the location. There was no stuffs between 11-15 o clock. We went there to store our bags- but there was no one. Some numbers were written to call for that time- but no ones responded. Even the door of the entrance was locked- so we waiting 30 minutes on the street, but no one showed up. The bed was uncomfortable, the mattress got separated even on a double bed. Should a couple sleep with a canal in between? It was a quadruple room- for 4 person. But the was no lock on the bathroom door. So we had to put a sign, while someone was inside the toilet. The toilet had a semi frosted glass wall (disgustingly annoying)- so you can see the person inside the toilet. And the light of the toilet lighted the whole room at night. The lift was so old, and it was off after 21.00. So we had to walk all the way up at night. Really disappointing.

It was a nice stay, very comfortable hotel and well connected to the city center.

The area does not seem like the safest.

It is very conveniently located and a decent place to stay

The pillows for a single bad are very bad and the noise from the bathroom to remove humidity or moisture is very loud

The hotel is quite closed to the train station, within short walking distance.

But it is far from the city centre, had to walk more than 30 minutes to where the crowd is.

Location is good, near by HD central station, room is clean and comfortable, the front desk is very friendly

The hotel was quiet,clean,and well-located near the central train station and bus lines. The staff were helpful and friendly.

The location is the best part of the hotel. Just near the train station and food supermarkets and bus and trams.

No place in the room to have a cup of tea. No jug.

They are very kind people, and everithyng was good.

The man who takes the phone calls when the reception is not working is very rude and does not want to provide very simple information.I had to call the hotel several times and everzthime was the same from that man. Also, the hotel is only open until 9 p.m. and is closed on weekends. The reception sometimes does not answer the phone for a very long time. Sometimes you have to call for more than an hour to be answered. Very disappointing!

The location was good and close to HBF but around HBF was not very safe.

I had a disappointing experience at this hotel.- No Response: I received no reply to my late check-in request, despite sending three messages.- Language Barrier: There was no English assistance available on the phone, only German.- Cleanliness Issues: I found a dirty towel (see attached photo), and the pillowcase was not clear (photo provided).- Plumbing Problems: The drain in the shower was clogged, causing water to overflow onto the entire room floor.- Poor Internet: The internet connection was very slow.- Low-Quality Amenities: The soap, shower gel, and shampoo provided were of poor quality and all the same (one soap for all purposes).- Noisy Toilet: The toilet flush wouldn't stop running, causing noise throughout the night.Overall, my stay was a terrible experience.
