My room was fantastic and very comfortable. The hotel overall was luxurious and very impressive and I loved the beautiful Christmas decor. The staff treated me very well and was helpful. Breakfast was just lovely. I appreciated the parking garage right next door. Added bonus ~ pet friendly! I was able to have my dog with me.

The room was dusty and had spider webs in the corner of the ceilings and also there was dust on the floor. The toilet seat had an unpleasant smell The bathtub / shower needs renovation The breakfast area was too warm

The rooms are beautiful and the hotel is very well taken care of. There is love in every detail from the fresh flowers and chocolates in the rooms to the delicious food in the hotel restaurant. We enjoyed dining in the garden restaurant very much, which a lovely setting! The location was excellent and all the staff very well trained, as well as very friendly and helpful! We would love to return should we visit Heidelberg again!

We loved almost everything. A tiny minus were the croissants which were not so tasty as everything else we enjoyed at the delicious breakfast.

It was very beautiful, upscale, and elegant. I’m grateful there was a spa and an indoor rooftop pool. The staff was excellent and helped with our bags in a huge rainstorm.

hotel is conveniently located near the old town and even has adjacent parking. very comfortable room, bed was especially amazing. the staff was very friendly and helpful, the owner even greeted us during dinner.

Top quality food which was abundant. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Well-mannered staff, high ratio of staff to guest, staff always asking guests if they are enjoying their stay, Beautiful rooms and common areas. This is a true five star German Hotel because every detail is attended to and the staff is highly professional. In Germany, people attend school to learn how to be waiters, concierges, etc. It is a profession, not a side job for actors or students who need to make money. Therefore, staff is knowledgeable, refined and efficient. If you need something, they will know immediately how to help you.

An exquisite property with that old world charm. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas, and close to shopping and the Christmas market. The lobby bar area was wonderful.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Europäischer Hof Heidelberg. The hotel perfectly blends historic charm with modern comfort, and the rooms were immaculate and beautifully designed. The staff were welcoming and attentive. Its central location made exploring Heidelberg a breeze, and the breakfast was outstanding. We highly recommend this hotel for its luxury, service, and excellent facilities.

The best part of this hotel is the staff. They are excellent and super helpful. The location is good as well as you are close to most attractions, good restaurants and so on. The staff will recommend restaurants. They have their own restaurant which is also a good choice. Breakfast is excellent.

My room had a quirky light system. It was hard to turn off the lights by the bed. The shower was not very strong. For those of us who like to swim in the morning, their pool is tiny. It is more like a splash pool.

Everything. Breakfast is our favourite meal and this was a repast. Cosy bar with great cocktails. Festive with a beautiful tree. The staff are lovely. Everything has the personal touch and care but this hotel extends beyond that. It is a personal touch with kindness.

Hotel with lots of tradition, very nice welcome, nicely decorated (pre-Christmas). Rooms well kept and clean.Excellent breakfast, the Bircher Müesli is home-made and excellent, like everything else at breakfast. Very attentive staff, and the senior owner looks after everything.We also had a dinner in the Kurfürstenstube. Just perfect! Very good wine suggestions which accompanied the amazing dishes well. Here again very good service by everyone.Thank you to the whole team for a very nice pre-Christmas treat.
