Central location. Helpful staff. Easy to walk to all the attractions.

You had to keep your windows closed at night because of some noisy people walking at 2:30 PM.

Staff was more than helpful. Room very clean.

Not enough storage for 2 adults. Only room for one suitcase rack. Room smaller than pictures depicted.

We were on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Not a deal breaker. It was great the room was ready when we arrived at noon.

Fabulous location.

They need better signage. “Hotel” is not sufficient. Also the beds were very hard.

Staff was super nice and helpful. I really appreciated that they helped me with the luggage. The room was quiet, spacieuse, and clean. The location was near the Christmas market, great restaurants, and close to the funicular.

No WiFi connection and the bathroom was extremely small. Also, the soap provided was way too small and not enough for two people. It was okay; however, I would have brought soap with me had I known there wouldn’t be much.

Very kind staff. Brilliant location in the heart of everything, including exploring the Christmas markets. Comfortable room & bedding--- the view of the Bridge Gate was phenomenal!

Location, friendly staff!, comfort, frig in room, complementary water bottles, cozy, nice bathroom. Had everything we needed. They let us store our luggage there before/ after check-in/ out.

Nothing, really- room decor was a little dated., but comfortable. Price was a little higher than I thought it should be but probably due to its location.

Lots of stairs with no lift. We had heavy suitcases which made it difficult. The bed needs to be upgraded.

The location was unbeatable, right at the Old bridge and in Old Town, steps from all the action! The view from the room was amazing!

The room was very small, par for the course in Europe and no elevator, but the staff were very accommodating and helped me with my luggage. All in all the hotel had everything I needed and the location was just incredible.

The location truly couldn’t have been better. Our windows overlooked the river and the main bridge, and it honestly felt like something out of a fairy tale. The staff were amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and the stocked mini bar was such an unexpected bonus. Everything was spotless and very well kept.The bathroom was a bit tight, but that’s completely understandable given that the hotel is in an older building that’s been thoughtfully renovated. Considering the charm, the location, the cleanliness, and the incredible staff, it’s a small tradeoff.We will absolutely be staying here every time we visit Heidelberg — the bar has been set very high!

We were right in the middle of everything we wanted to experience. We walked across the Neckar River several times, walked to the castle and enjoyed several restaurants near by.

Fantastic location, right next to the bridge, close to monuments, shopping, and restaurants. Decent size rooms (depending on the one you choose)

Downside of central location is parking… tricky to even stop in front of the hotel to unload luggage.

The hotel is very cozy from the moment we arrived we were greeted very kindly. The room was very nice, spacious and clean. The shower was very good. The breakfast was amazing with a variety of products, the service was very friendly and the location was excellent for walks and enjoyment.

It is in a beautiful spot right next to the bridge. So close to the shops and river.

It was a traditional property so if you like something more modern it wouldn’t be suitable

I loved my single room with my window to the Old Bridge, its furnishings, the hotel's location in the Old Town, warm and helpful staff, breakfasts in the front room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Great experience. Staff friendly and helpful. Clean , comfortable room with fantastic view of the bridge from our room. GREAT LOCATION! Close to shops, restaurants and right by the river. Breakfast reasonably priced. Great hot water in the shower.Nice coffee shop downstairs with inside and outside seating. They also served a few dinner / lunch items. Pasta was very good.
