The location was a bit far from the old city, but the parking on site was nice and the restuarant was good for breakfast.

This time my room was too much inside.

Friendly staff. We had to wait longer than expected to be able to check in and they offered us a drink at the bar. Hotel looks great, the lobby is beautiful.

The queensize bed was only 1.40m. I simply cannot imagine why they would choose 1.40m over at least 1.60m as the room was large enough.

The staff were lovely- each and every one of them were extremely friendly and attentive, always with a smile. Modern touch and clean facilities- one of the best nh hotels I’ve stayed at.

Location, comfortable & spacious room, great breakfast spread, Wellness facility. Old building with new beautifully done. Great interiors.

Extra blankets in room would have helped as it was kind of cold, wellness did not have steam room and showers working that evening, bath robes in room would help as wellness was on the other side in different building.

The room was very spacious and functional, everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location was very good, just 10 min away by foot from the Altstadt.

Breakfast too expesive

High end hotel in a nice location close to the Main Street in Heidelberg.

They did not have a functioning smart TV. This is not acceptable circa 2025. Also, someone on the household staff attached a do not disturb sign to our door. As a result the room was not cleaned. When we arranged to have someone attend to it, two tries were needed

The receptionists were very helpful and professional. Beds were comfortable

TV wasn’t working the first day. Shampoo, cream in the room were empty. I was forced to stay green although I didn’t hang the card on the door as I needed my room towels to be changed since we had them soaked for he is on a wheelchair. I would have preferred to have the option to have a mug to be able to drink regular coffee as I don’t drink espresso

One of the best hotel breakfasts I have had in a long time. The hotel is very open and has a lot of natural light. We had the family room which was very spacious for our family of four. There was a tram and bus stop right in front of the hotel or you could walk to the main part of town in about 15 minutes. They even had thoughtful treats like gummies for kids and hot tea and chocolates for adults. These little touches make the stay very special.

The sauna and gym are basic but still nice to have something.

Clean and well decorated property. The Christmas decorations were well done. I also appreciated the city map that was provided. It was easy to find and the location was close to public transportation.

Breakfast is great there is an excellent spread catering for most tastes and diets. The location is excellent and the facilities up to standard

Breakfast was rather expensive compared to most comparable hotels which are charging $15 or so. Sunday night restaurant was too light for travellers to get a meal if they needed to on arrival.

The location was great as well as their facilities. We really enjoyed having the possibility to rent bikes to get around :)

The room was very small so we struggled to accommodate 2 luggages in the room. It was pretty cramped. The thermostat also seemed to make it really hot during the night no matter the settings.

The room was spacious in the old branch of the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Convenient that there was underground parking and good location, close to the city center.

The room is a bit dark due to dark colors of the walls. We found also a bit expensive the parking with 26€ per night.
