The location near the bridge and the shopping district were great. The front desk staff and breakfast crew were all excellent and helped make the stay enjoyable.

The WiFi was so slow that it was basically not usable.

Beautiful views from our room to the river and old bridge. Gorgeous! Also liked that the bed split into two so our kids each had one twin bed instead of sharing a bed. Convenient breakfast. Loved the location and very walkable to everything.

This beautiful European style hotel was in a perfect location overlooking the river and walking bridge. Truly incredible views. We had 3 rooms, and each was a little different from the other. The mattresses were very comfortable. The showers are small, but this is typical of European hotels. The breakfast was lovely, with diverse offerings. They even had gluten-free bread which was appreciated. The restaurant staff was friendly and diligently worked to keep offerings refilled. The front room near the lobby was just incredible, like stepping into a grandmother's living room all decorated for Christmas.

We wanted tea after a cold evening at the markets, and this hotel did not have tea kettles in the rooms. They did offer a tea/coffee service in the front lobby for a fee.

The hotel is conveniently located by shops and restaurants not to mention a few minutes walk to the cable car that takes you up to the castle.

This is my second time in this hotel (first time during the Christmas season), and I would come back many more times. The location is perfect, the staff is amazing, the cleanliness, everything... but what made it even more special this time is the Christmas ambiance which was really exceptional.

I needed wifi access, but there was a problem apparently, so it was a bit on and off.

This hotel has an unbeatable location right in front of the Old Bridge in Heidelberg—truly breathtaking scenery from the room. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of fresh and delicious options. The staff was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond, even helping us arrange nearby parking. We also loved that the Christmas market was just around 200 meters from the hotel, making it easy to enjoy the festive atmosphere. Overall, a wonderful stay and highly recommended!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Holländer Hof. The room was clean, functional, and offered good space for two people. The location is perfect—right in front of the Old Bridge and within walking distance of the Philosophers’ Way and Heidelberg Castle. The staff were friendly and efficient, making our stay very pleasant.

There wasn’t any particular disadvantage during our stay.

Love the quaint little hotel, our rooms view of the river, and great location to walk through the city and get the train up to visit the castle.

There is not a better location. It is directly accross from the bridge! Down from the castle. So many town squares in walking distance. The food was very good and so much variety. WIll come back to Heidelburg and will stay here

Excellent location opposite the Alte Brucke and in the old town. Lovely and comfortable room. Service was most welcoming by the gentleman receptionist.

The location is outstanding. The value is great. The rooms with bridge and river views made our stay perfect. We all highly recommend staying at Hotel Hollander Hof. This facility made our trip to Heidelberg AMAZING. We will return.

Great location right next to the Heidelberg bridge. Close to old town and within walking distance to everything. Rooms are dated but clean and a very charming hotel. Staff was very friendly and spoke great English. Breakfast is included fir an extra fee. Plenty of choices on the buffet and fresh eggs and bacon were offered. Elevator was a nice amenity not offered in many other hotels.

Cant think of anything I didn’t like.
