The room was clean, the AC worked well, and the location was convenient with a supermarket just next to the property. The Syrian receptionist was extremely polite and very professional.

Housekeeping is only once a week, which is not ideal. The bed was extremely small and not comfortable for an adult, and the pillow was too soft. The property is also very far from the city center and public transportation.

Two words- air conditioning! It was so cool and perfect, ahhhh finally. It was also very spacious, comfy bed, refrigerator, elevator, nice shower and a little kitchenette (plus a small table with chairs) were included. This hotel was one of the best we had stayed in at a fantastic price. There is an Aldi’s and a grocery store within walking distance. We walked about a kilometer (left as you leave the hotel) and found some great restaurants. Don’t miss the bakery by Aldi’s for some good coffee and yummy bakery!

Limited parking was available (but free!) so you may not want to leave once you’ve parked in case you lose your spot.

Lots of storage in the room, reliable air conditioning, frig, safe, and coffee maker. Limited but free parking.

There is NO BREAKFAST. There is a kitchen and two grocery stores nearby. The front desk is rarely mannned, and when we asked for dinner napkins for our room, we were told that we had one that was laid out on the table, and that was sufficient. How much could two paper napkins cost?

Excellent room, coffee and tea included, a great shower, a sofa, a table and a very good bed.

Located near Rewe. There is a small kitchen inside. The room size is bigger than average. Also, the window is good.

The reception staff did not give me a pleasant check-in experience. Soundproof is so so.

The fridge was not working and smelled quite bad, when we enquired to reception they said you need to turn it on.

The room was very clean and comfortable. In terms of the size of Heidelberg, it is a bit far from the main places if one wishes to walk, but trams and buses are nearby. Very good value for money.

The staff was very pleasant - they even gave my daughter a present toy and she was very happy.

The bed sheets, the carpet and the floor looked dirty and sticky.

Easy parking, great set up.

We booked two rooms for 2people and three people respectively. Third bed had to be asked for. Checkout was meant to be 12 but keys automatically stopped working at 11, proved a bit of a problem when daughters tried to get back into their room after breakfast in ours. Easily fixed though.

The room hadn’t been properly clean, there was a weird smell, the pillows and bedding smelled, the carpet was dirty and there was poo in a wall in the bathroom. We called from reception to ask for the room to be cleaned, they told us they would clean it but they never did and we felt ignored.

The location was excellent if you enjoy nature and trails. It is about 30 min with walking and riding the tram to the centre of Heidelberg so plan on an extra 8-10 euros for transport per day. The flat was clean and offered the basics. Nothing impressive, but functional.

I was overcharged for the stay. I wrote four messages on booking.com and did not receive a reply. I also spoke to the front desk and they acknowledged the mistake in their billing. They assured me the refund was on its way. There is a hotline to call to speak to someone at the front desk and we called multiple times and no one picked up. Communication is one of the worst with this property. The app for the property is also poorly managed and often crashes. It has been over six weeks and I am still waiting for the refund.
