PLAZA Premium Heidelberg

Comfortable, quite room, cleanliness, Superb location, parkin option

Location and staff

No coffee machine in a room

Location and staff

Pillows are really bad and the room was cold

The location is in a prime spot in the city, the beds were comfortable with great pillows, the view is stunning, rooms are very updated with heated floors in the bathroom and light sensors for if you get up to use the bathroom during the night. The facility is breathtaking. We had a slight issue with our room and the receptionist was very quick to resolve the issue. The pictures are what you get, and you also have multiple amenities that are quite amazing.

The location of the hotel was perfect, the breakfast was superb.

The sofa for the third person was not so clean and at the time of our arrival the parking of the hotel was full,so we had to use another parking nearby.

Good location if you are interested in being near central Heidelberg and shopping area. Breakfast was good.

Staff could have been more friendly and welcoming! Couch bed was very uncomfortable for my 3rd guest.

Good location.l have an excellent breakfast.

Staff not trying or very nice. They don't clean the room unless you notify them by 6 am. No one informed us of the procedure when we arrived so the room wasn't cleaned.

Very clean. Good location

There more coffee/cream in room

Property was beautiful, loved the room and the bed was very comfortable.

Parking overflow was offsite, although not too far away with a larger vehicle it was a bit more difficult.

The property and the room were great. Room was spacious and the view from room was beautiful.

The checkin was a nightmare. We were supposed to checkin at 3pm but the room was not ready even by 4:30pm which was very inconvenient given we were running on a tight schedule.

Location and breakfast

Housekeeping were really bad and we had to ask daily to clean up the room. There is a wrong system in managing the house keeping

Location

Not so good breakfast, very small rooms

Room is good, breakfast is very good

I didn’t like the gym, it is very small. There is no sauna and no swimming pool

Good location, clean hotel and friendly staff.

The convince to the old city and the hospital

The pillows are too soft, overly soft

Excellent location. Right near the main street (old town), but not in the old town where it is too crowded

It seems that “think green” concept implies living with dirty towels, bath and toilet and absence of bathrobes, and other small items of comfort in a 4-star hotel. No mini-bar.

I liked the heated floor in the bathrooms

The photos on the website show a much more attractive room. Ours (my father and I each had our own room) were so unattatractive with really depressing colors of dark grey and mauve. Plus the lightening was bad and the windows dirty. The whole hotel could use a serious redecorating!

Plaza facilities are totally predictable, in a good way. Good locations, well managed, clean, well equipped, central to public transportation. The room is a little small for my tastes, but the overall value is good.

The staff were so friendly and helpful! I'm a bit of a nervous traveler, but having their support was a great relief, and they were even friendly and welcoming to my little dog. The room itself was everything I needed; tidy, quiet, and right next to the beautiful old walking district. Truly thank you for an amazing trip!!

Location was great near tram station and old town area and university. It was clean and comfortable.

The room was a little tight to get around the bed and into the closet. The room was a little warm and I couldn’t seem to adjust the temperature to cool it down a little.
