Quiet, clean and specious with two separate bedrooms. Quick and easy self checkin. Good location.

Our stay in this hotel was great. Everything went smooth starting with the automatic check-in process and the fact that I was allowed to check-in 2 hours earlier. The location of the hotel is great - the neighborhood was really quiet and safe, no noise at all and it's close to city center. We didn't use transport at all during our stay. The room was a bit small for two people but still comfortable and had everything you might need during a vacation. The toiletries were good, the bathroom is well equipped and the water pressure in shower is great.

The mattresses and pillows were a bit too soft per my taste, so I didn't sleep that well.

Wide and comfortable apartment near of Heidelberg's downtown. The apartment was equipped with all things that you need for a comfortable stay there. It also was bright and clean.

Registration, luggage storage, check-out--everything was computerized, with an actual person there only from 3-8 pm Monday thru Saturday. It was like having a hotel room without a hotel--no lobby, no one to answer questions or provide help, no breakfast room, nothing!

Good central location in Heidelberg, with public transport closeby. The checkin process using the terminal went smoothly. The room was adequate for a weekend stay and good value for money compared to other hotels in the city.

We did not see a single member of staff the whole time we were there, even when reception was open according to the posted opening times. There were thick layers of dust on many surfaces in the bathroom which looked like they had not been cleaned properly.

Staff was good, auto check-in and auto check-out is perfect. Rooms material is enough but maybe it should be slippers for room.

Heating of the room is not cold but it is not enough for winter times. When you increased of scale of heating from 3 to 5 temperature didn't increase to 5.

I liked the auto check-in a lot, it was accurate and fast. And around that, enough eateries/markets to get water and meals. Super nice for my quick stay, and walking distance to the center. And also, I had accidentally left something behind in the hotel, and they were kind enough to let me get it back after I had checked out. Really appreciate them.

Nothing to dislike, it delivered what I needed for my trip. So alles gut.

The heating didn't work and it was very cold! Had to slee with not only pyjamas but put also some sweatshirt on top. The showehead was broke so water didn't fully come out as it should be.

The location was good—I chose it because it was near the train station. The area was quiet and only a 25 minute walk to the city centre and it's level ground, so easy to get to. The hotel had a lift, which was great because I had a very heavy bag as I was travelling around for 6 weeks. The bathroom was modern and the room had a pleasant little view onto the hotel courtyard and surrounding house yards. There were plenty of good restaurants and a good laundromat nearby.

The room was smaller than I'd like and the bed was only a small single with no headboard so I couldn't really sit in bed and read or watch TV without being uncomfortable leaning against the cold brick wall across my bed rather than lengthways. There is no bar fridge, so I couldn't store food or leftovers, which was very inconvenient.

The hotel is located on a quiet street close to the train station (approx 10 min walk). There are several grocery stores and a bus/tram stop nearby.

It wasn't possible to control the temperature in the room and it got a bit cold at night, but the blankets were warm. The reception area of the hotel is quite run-down (heavily scratched doors etc.) - a bit of extra maintenance would be beneficial to make guests feel welcome.

Hotel B54 Heidelberg was very easy to find, and within walking distance of several restaurants, a pharmacy, and other stores that our family was interested in. The rates were such that we got two separate rooms for ourselves and our teenagers. It was warmer than expected that week, but the aid con worked wonderfully to keep us comfortable as we slept.

The elevator was broken, my daughter wasn't pleased with walking up 5 flights with luggage, but ultimately it was not a big issue.

Not too far to walk to the train station or the Old part of town - We booked two apartments on the top floor for our family of 4 adults - they were both as expected. Good Wifi and Air-conditioning and we could open the windows for fresh air and a bit of a view. A nice retreat in the evening with a welcome kitchenette.

There were a few things broken in the apartments on our arrival - the security window blinds could not be closed in one and there were a few damaged places on the walls. I hope that this will be remedied for the next guests as it made me feel like we may be held accountable. The Hotel did not make it into a problem when I told them.

We booked 2 top floor apartments for our family of 4 adults. Comfortable and clean. Handy, walking distance to the train and city with trams close by. Everything was as described. Air-con worked well when needed but opening the windows was very good for airflow.

A few broken things - dents in the walls and problems wth the security blinds on windows - Not a real problem but I did feel like we may have an issue on departure. We were NOT held responsible but it would be nicer for future guests if this was remedied. I would happily stay here again.

Great location, clean, spacious, great internet.

The twin bed is not suitable for 2 people to sleep on.
