Joaquina Beach Hotel

Good hotel in an amazing location — just steps from a beautiful beach and lots of nice restaurants. Awesome breakfast and friendly staff.

The place was clean, but everything felt a bit old and could really use an upgrade — even the pillows were so thin and worn out, so you basically needed two to try make one.

I stayed for 4 nights. Room was not cleaned even one time.

Amazing location just in front of the beach with great breakfast and parking spaces, but the hotel is quite old and not well maintained.

Our room was very dark and extremely jot and humid. The bathroom was super tiny

The beds were comfortable, breakfast was decent, excellent location and friendly staff. I would recommend this place and would stay here again.

Absolutely nothing.

Photos are not the same as per the reality.Old hotel, it smells like mold. The tap water in the toilet keeps leaking and we communicate the hotel and they said its normal this way.Infiltration in the ceiling.Towels are grimy, looks old and thin.Bedsheets are the same. Old mattress.Internet slow.So make yourself an idea of how this place looks like. It was the worst experience I ever faced traveling.

Tiny bathroom, a big person can hardly move inside of it. Very old towels. Thin walls one can hear everything it’s gong on next door. It used to be cheaper, bad value for money nowadays.

This hotel was very basic. It caters for holiday tourists who spend the time on the beach. The rooms were minimalist and we shared with a swarm of ants including in the bed. The breakfast was very basic - cold scrambled egg and large bowls of maybe butter and some kind of jam unlabelled.

Most of the staff were friendly. They had a small pool and a game room with pool (table) and a sauna (that was closed every day even though they said it would be open from 5 pm to 10 pm.

The floor of the room was oily, it was not so clean and I had allergies (rhinitis and sinusitis) and I just felt better after coming home. The trays for the breakfast were smelling like old wet cloth because I saw they cleaning the trays with the same dirty cloth they were cleaning the tables and seats.Also if you are looking for a hotel beachfront, thats amazing, but you will be only close to the Joaquina Beach and no where else. So either you have a car or rent one, or you’re gonna be in a tight spot depending on uber or bus (there doesn’t a stop across street but the timetable if very bad).

Perfect location in front of Joaquina beach, with all infrastructure needed, great swimming pool and excelente breakfast included

I like the staff really gentle and super educated.

The room was big but bathroom was ruined shower rust and toilet seat broken.The wifi was terrible the worst so far.And the worst think about everything was super noisy even a party illegal until 4 am that no one take care.I will never go there anymore

it is very basic property. they do not provide shampoo and conditioner in the bath. Very noise music outside.

Great location..right on the beach and next to sand dunes.Excellent room service and very clean.
