Hotel Panamby São Paulo

The people who work here are friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and the rooms spacious and nice. They have room service and the food is good. I was there on business and it was conveniently located near the Pro Magno Convention center.

There really isn't anything I didn't like but I thought the breakfast could have variety from day to day. However, it is included in the price so I understand.

Cleanest, friendliest, most comfortable stay of our trip.

Not much in the neighborhood. We took a cab to get dinner.

I mostly liked the location. Very close to the event.

A crazy guy from hotel staff invaded my room during the hotel stay time. Luckly nothing exposure happens but it was very embarrassing anyway. Additionally, the parking region has been attacking by thieves who steal cell phones.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Big room for São Paulo. Breakfast was really good!

Everyone was very proactive and caring. The check-in/check-out was smooth and quick. The room's perfect. Liked it very much!

It's a little expensive but I get it... It's at the heart of São Paulo, after all!

Everything was just great. Location, breakfast and staff.

The facility was clean, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. I also asked for my luggage to be stored after checking out, and they kept it secure. The staff was friendly even with the language barrier. I would definitely book again!

Stayed on a room for disabled, not sure why.

I was not able to change the dates as previously booked with this option.

I was very disappointed with the room I got, as it was not what I paid for. I booked a Superior Double Room that was supposed to be located on higher floors and city view, but I was given a room on the second floor ands the view from the window was a wall. This was false advertising and unacceptable.

The room was clean and very comfortable. The staff was really nice and the breakfast was delicious. A very good hotel to stay in Sao Paulo, would be recommending it a lot.

I found the reception staff very dry and too busy with paperwork took ages to come to me and often there was not another customer in sight.

They could smile more and be more friendly and willing to help.

The bed, pillow, black shade curtains, decoration. Kindly staff.

No vegan options in the breakfast, nor even a cheap soy milk.

I loved every one , they have an outstanding staff , very friendly and very professional .Some names that I am proud to pronounce here are: Carla (management) , She is absolutely amazing , Joao , Paricia , Ingredi , and others ( front desk and lob asst.) were very helpful and pleasant , Danilo and David made the best "caipirinha" , Reginaldo and Chef Wesley (Restaurant) Simply the best , food in general was very tasteful and delicious. Personally it was very affordable and it is just 2 minutes away from Levare Luxor private bus company for my mom`s town conection it made very easier for me.I strong recommend Panamby Hotel to stay and I will definitely coming back.

Wi fi not working properly, no prompt correction.Only fixed during the departure day.GymEquipment out of work, not properly maintained.Frustrating stay.

The breakfast was very good - lots of variety, including eggs, fruits and juices, and several breads. The room was clean and the towels were good.The location for our needs in São Paulo was great!I will definitely stay there again.

The only thing that was not satisfactory was that every time we left the room, we had to have the key reconfigured!
