Pros +
- The hotel is very conveniently located on the main road entering Foz do Iguaçu, which made arrival and getting around very easy. It was only a 15 to 20 minute Uber ride, depending on traffic, to the main attractions, including Iguazú Falls, the Bird Park, and the newly inaugurated aquarium.Transportation was extremely easy and affordable. Uber Comfort rides in Foz do Iguaçu were surprisingly inexpensive compared to U.S. prices — probably the cheapest thing we paid for during the entire trip — which made getting around very convenient.Breakfast was included and it was excellent. I stayed with my family — my wife and my twin 11-year-old daughters — and they absolutely loved it. It was Brazilian-style breakfast with a great variety of options, including a separate crepe station for both savory and sweet crepes, omelets, scrambled eggs, fresh fruits, cheeses, a wide variety of juices, coffee, and many other items. It was a great way to start each day.The hotel is a three-star property with more of a 90s-style decor, but everything is very well maintained and clean. Our room was comfortable, air-conditioned, and very functional. We stayed in a double room with one queen bed and two single beds for the girls, and the beds are modular, so you can easily push them together to make another queen if needed. There was hot water in both the sink and the shower, clean closets, a safe in the room, and everything was spotless and well organized. The room also had a minibar with snacks and drinks. The staff was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They spoke Spanish and enough English to communicate easily, which made everything very accessible for us.Downstairs there is a vending machine and a small boutique/souvenir store, which was very convenient. The hotel also has a nice pool with a bar and feels very family-friendly. Overall, we had a great stay and the hotel offers excellent value for money.
- The room is nice and large, and very clean. The front desk people are helpful.
- Good room, nice view. Staff was nice though they didn’t speak english and hardly spanish, making communication difficult. The food was okay, outdoor area was nice. Located a bit far away from everything. Also very audible. Overall good experience but nothing extraordinary
Cons -
- If you are looking for a modern European boutique-style hotel with contemporary design, this may not be the right choice. The decor is more classic and traditional. That said, everything is clean, well maintained, and everything works perfectly.
- The room.... nothing in it but the beds, no blankets, the refrigerator was empty, no utensils like cups or glass. The eggs at the breakfast table was not good! The whole breakfast was very basic
- Old fashioned room, a few power supplies,

The room was very basic; it did not have any utensils (glasses, cups, water heater for coffee, etc), the refrigerator was empty (no beverages to choose from), the room accommodation was very basic as well. Breakfast was average. Not as expected

Breakfast
Old fashioned room, a few power supplies,
Our room was very big, large bed, aircon worked. We ordered lunch from the restaurant downstairs, and it was amazing. We didn't get to use the pool area but it looked clean. We speak English and Spanish so luckily there was a lady behind the counter that speaks Spanish. Could be a bit difficult if you only speak English.
The location is not the best if you like to just walk out on the street and grab some food. We had to walk a fair way or jump in an Uber.
Staff were friendly at the desk.Did not use any other facilities
Little out dated
Location, pool and breakfast buffet. Staff were nice at breakfast but at reception they could learn how to smile and be nice.
AC very noisy, beds were small and uncomfortable. Hotel is old and needs major updating.
Great pool with food/drink service. Breakfast buffet was huge and kids loved all the options.
Not centrally located so you have to take an Uber or taxi everywhere.
The pool was nice and had shaded areas. Staff helpful.
The photos were definitely taken long ago. Things are quite run down and the rooms are very sparse.
Breakfast
Very low knowledge of English, very hard to communicate. Reception stuff does not know that there is ATM in hotel, and hotel does not have exchange office. For everything they were sending us to the shopping mall (2 km far away).Every room has 4 beds and looks as army barrack. No restaurant so you can not have any meal apart of breakfast. Loud music from the pool toll 22:00.
Clean, nice big lobby, rooms were clean. Not much of choice for food.
Nothing in the rooms like coffee , AC was not working well. We didn’t get cover sheets
Great selection at breakfast
The pool water was not clear every day that we were there. The hotel is very tired and in need of a refurb, the initial room we were given had a hole in the wall, however this was rectified immediately.
The room was very clean and comfortable, the pool very nice and the hotel had different things to entertain their guests. They also had activities for kids happening when we were there.
Even though I liked that they have options for kids, it was quite noisy at the room when they were having something at the pool.
The breakfast was excellent, with lots of different options. The pool area looks very pretty, I didn't go there because it rained on the day that I was free.
The room was smelling bad, and the air conditioning was missing to be cleaned.
Swimming pool very good
Staff, bathroom and bed.
Front desk staff was very helpful.
Food in restaurant was overpriced and not very good.
Large space with a good location
Breakfast poor. Low maintenance. Water from shower keeping bathroom flooded
Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds, good shower, great breakfast.
The only available power outlet was in the bathroom. In a tourist town where people need to charge multiple devices, this was below standard for a room at this price point in 2023.
Spacious, big rooms, big beds.
