Hotel Três Fronteiras

The English speaking receptionist and the tourist advisor are very friendly. It is located in the center of Foz, next to good restaurants. Although if your main purpose is just to visit Iguazu Waterfall, you should look for a closer location.

This 3-star hotel is not a match for other 3-star hotels we lived in Rio's tourist areas. It is an older hotel, interior decoration is more motel style. But perhaps according to local standard, i.e., in the city of Foz, 3-star is a fair rating.

Hotel close to buses to get you across two borders. Close to restaurants and shopping street. Swimming pool was great too. Big breakfast.

Noise from the restaurant across the street. Street noise if you’re staying on the first floor room with no view.

Breakfast was a vast array of offerings, nothing lacked. The reception staff was very kind in helping us find what we needed, even helping make last-minute reservations for us at Rafaín. The location was good for us, within walking distance of restaurants, an ATM, bus stop to the bird park and the falls.

Conformable room. Nice pool. For me, the best breakfast during my trip to Brasilia. Plenty of products and very good quality. Location is perfect. Near to bus station going to the Waterfalls and close to shops and main center.

My room had no lights and no electricity, and appeared to have not been cleaned...

Big room and comfortable beds. But no cosy atmosphere. City centre, bar/restaurant strip close, easy to walk there. Good for backpackers in need of a cheap bed for one or two nights and a rich breakfast with a lot of variety.

The pictures don't show that it's actually an old and quite shabby building that doesn't invite you to stay inside, neither in the room nor in the lounge area. The wall sockets were hidden behind the bed, only one with easy access in the bathroom. However, the room was clean, and in the hour of breakfast everything else was forgotten.

Very nice staff, good breakfast, and good location. A bus stop is in front of the hotel, and you can take a bus directly to the waterfall.

Advertised for free transfer from and to the Airport but never delivered because its only for specific hours.

Excellent location just a few minutes walk from a few of the more busier bars in town.On the bus route to the falls and airport.Awesome power from the shower which was not expected.

In general the building is in need of some TLC, rooms can be a bit noisy if others are in the corrodors, but you might expect that seeing as this is a 2 star budget offering not a luxury residence

When booking we liked that it said "shuttle to airport" but then we were booked a taxi and had to pay for the taxi ourselves, which we would've taken a cheaper Uber if that was the case.

Perfect place when staying in Foz. Central location, huge rooms, huge spread for breakfast. They recommended a company that i ended up using my whole stay for cheap transport all around. Couldn't recommend more.

It was right on the bus line coming back from the falls.

I’m gonna start by saying that you get what you paid for in this world. I’m also going to very flexible traveler standards So, it is not surprising to me that this was subpar as far as everything else goes. The city itself leaves a lot to be desired- there is absolutely nothing in the city however, if you are committed to staying on the Brazilian side of the waterfalls, perhaps because you were going to go to the bird park as well on the same day or the next day, it does make sense. The mattress I noticed in the middle of the night, it was so disgusting. It was in such a bad neighborhood that I was kind of scared to walk out or I probably would have.
