Checkout was terrible. One person working and one person doing nothing but watching. Many guests to wait. I asked the person behind the desk and not working - no assistance

Had to change to a smaller room due to issues in the previous bedroom that they couldn’t fix…. AC was very unclean, my family got sick after two days there… Parking could be better. Breakfast could have better protein options.

Very communicative and helpful young receptionist. My room was very clean and well maintained. Daily cleaning is also a big plus. There were so many breakfast options and everything was so delicious. Due to bad weather I didnt manage to use a pool but it also looked great. The hotel has a souvenir store with many great things. Amazing stay!

The hotel was just enough for our two nights stay to visit Iguazú falls. The breakfast was good and had lots of food choices.

The room smell mouldy, had lots of insects flying on the bathroom and small ants on the floor .We have to closed the bathroom since it attracts lights from the bedroom. A lady receptionist can’t speak/understand English during our check in . Her smile and looks to us it seems where like dumb as we cant speak and understand Portuguese ?‍♀️. We hard a hard time communicating to staff on our 2 nights stay.

Location is not convenient for restaurants or grocery or pharmacy. There is no laundry in room or in the hotel.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Bedroom size was very good. The bar was great with really awesome bar staff. Great drinks! The little gift shop at reception is really cool. You can book attractions easily from the reception area with helpful staff too. A very complete hotel experience.

They started doing repairs in one of the rooms before 9 am (I think they started drilling shortly after 8 am) and it was really loud. I went back at the hotel in the afternoon and repairs were still ongoing. Also, the place looked quite old.

The light in the pool bar. White light which doesn’t give a warm atmosphere. Also 2 lights were flashing in the bar.

The location was okay, 3 blocks away from the bus stop for Iguazu falls and the Argentinian border. The receptionist Augusto was really helpful and spoke English. Breakfast was good selection. The room was clean and tidy. Good hot water and water pressure.

A good size room for our family. All amenities as listed.

The bathroom is very dated and needs a facelift - broken tiles evident. There was a cockroach in the shower. The lock to our room had issues and kept locking us out!

The family room was very spacious and absolutely perfect for our group of 5. The pool while a little chilly was a lovely bonus and a nice area to chill out. Breakfast was delicious, varied and nicely presented.

Rooms were strangely cold, but nothing the air conditioning unit couldn't sort out.

The hotel is centrally located, close to restaurants and a short walk to the bus station (for transfer to Iguacu Falls in Argentina or Brazil, or to Paraguay). The breakfast buffet was very good and the staff was friendly. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Although there was always someone on duty who could speak English, there was a little bit of a language barrier at times. We broke a glass in our room, and the documentation said that anything broken had to be reported immediately, or the guest would be charged a high amount for the broken or lost item (for a simple glass it was R$25). We reported it and were charged...R$25. I'm more than willing to pay for things that I break, but R$25 for a R$2 glass leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

Excellent location in city centre, very clean, secure parking, friendly and helpful staff. It was too cold for pool use when we stayed, but the pool looked beautiful! Beds were comfortable. Pão de queijo at breakfast probably the best I've ever tasted!

Shower pressure was OK, but not great. Bathroom sink was tiny. Breakfast was good, but not much choice of fresh fruit. Towels were a bit worn.
