Terrific location, right downtown with so many stores and restaurants within a quick walk. The Falls are about a 25 minute inexpensive cab or Uber ride. Beds are comfortable, water pressure is good, breakfast is good, I didn?t use the pool but looked nice

Basic hotel but good value. Close to bus station for Iguazu, lots of shops and restaurants along the street. Good breakfast in the morning.

Hallways were very loud. Lots of groups of teenagers yelling.

Typical Brazilian breakfast buffet was good. Thank you for providing decent black tea. The location was perfect. I didn't try the pool.

Central location was ok. Breakfast was ok, normal for Brasil.

Room was very old, 1950's style. Uncomfortable bed. No facilities in the room - no drinking water, no coffee, no tea, no way to heat water. Had to go down to the reception area to get drinking water. Shower had very little water and not hot, just warm - not suitable for a couple. Very expensive R$800/night.

Fo the hotel itself everything was very smooth and there wasnt something we did not like. However they recommend loumar tourismo for their tours and transfers to/from the airport. definitely skip this agency as with our case they got the date wrong and we ended up searching for transportation at 12.00am in Foz airport. Do uber easy and hustle free. For the rest of the tours they provide through them based on this experience we recommend search on your own than trysting their services.

The room was spacious and the beds quite comfortable.. Helpful staff. Bathroom ok, the shower not very modern. Clean rooms. It has air-conditioning, but it doesn't double as heating. Enough blankets (it is winter now here). Very close to the bus station, where there's a bus that takes you to the falls and to the airport for peanuts..Very good breakfast, included in the price.

Our room on the third floor, opposite the stairs, was a bit noisy.

Good location, near lots of restaurants and bars. We went to Cinco Gastronomia one evening which was about 10mins walk and excellent. Staff sorted a taxi for us to cross into Argentina. Pool and Jacuzzi was nice. Breakfast had a lot of choice. Big rooms. Thank you!

Lovely pool and hot tubs, good location. Rooms a little basic and very noisy as we were opposite the lift Good option in price range and helpful staff. Location is great near restaurants

Window in the bathroom was left open and so it filled with bugs! They need bug screens on the windows!

The room was clean and well lit (big window) and a lot of shops were at a walking distance. The swimming pool was clean and we also had access to jacuzzis.

Very convenient location - short walk to the bus station to get to the Falls. Decent spread available for breakfast.

Level of friendliness of staff is uneven, maybe also because i don't speak Portuguese / Spanish, unlike the vast majority of guests there. Noise insulation in the rooms is poor.

The pool is nice to have with the warm weather.The rooms are nice, we asked to change rooms as we had a room facing an inner wall.Although in the center of the city, we didn’t hear any noice.The rooms are a bit dated, but overall a nice hotel.
