Location was excellent.

Hotel is a little old, towels need to be replaced asap. TV was something, and channels were not working.

The location worked out well for us. The food was great!

I got ill overnight from too much mold in the room and had to take antihistimines. It must not have been cleaned/aired out in quite some time. We were staying on New Years Day, so I understand price inflation, but it was incredibly overpriced. Also we were anxious to leave but couldn't get an elevator during the breakfast rush. I had to search for the fire exit and we lugged our big bags down a narrow staircase.

The property was very accommodating of changes in our travel plans, staff was friendly and location was great.

Rooms were clean, but could use updating.

Room size

CERO building maintenance. It is an old hotel with no maintenance nor good cleaning. Some water pipes broke, and the elevators were out of service. Later, only two were reactivated, and moving around was very slow.All the facilities were poorly maintained, both the common areas and the room.Very few staff members spoke any language other than Portuguese.

The breakfast was really good and the staff were very friendly

The hotel need some refurbishment. The rooms are very damp, there is a lot of moisture and our first room had mould and we asked to change it, and can be very dangerous for people. Also my phone was not charging saying that there is water inside, that is how humid the room was.

Very friendly staff, spaceous rooms, comfortable beds, decent buffets.

The only thing one could say is that the infrastructure is on the older side and showing its age here and there.

we were in first in a room that had an AC that was leaking above our bed and there was a musky smell. We saw black spots in between tiles and corners in the bathroom. The hotel’s maintenance is poor. We asked to change rooms. We were put in a different room but there was a bad smell coming out of the drainage in the bathroom.

Friendly staff, great breakfast, terrific massage and the pool.

Room was bare. No clock and would have liked a blanket for the bed.

The room and the bed were quite big and spacious. The location was good with a lot of options to eat around

Location in the city centre! Swimming pool is big and has sections according to depth. Dinner is excellent for the variety and tastiness of the meals. Frigobar comes with various items including beer, water, sodas, guarana, etc. as well as chips, biscuits, chocolates, etc. The fares for the "diaria" are cheaper than the other properties in the area. The "tobogan" in the pool is wonderful!

Prices for beverages are more expensive than in the other similar hotels in the city. Additional maintenance is necessary inside the rooms as the light on the light table does not turn on from the knob and has to be unplugged and plugged in and the other way round. Besides, the handle of the bathroom door was out of adjustement.

The location is good and the rooms are bright and comfortable.The power shower is very good.

There is no kettle in the room.

The place is very good, we really enjoyed being there, the Staff is extremely nice and helpful, the building looks a bit old but it fits the needs. The breakfast is really good, it presents many options and the food was very good.

The pool slide feels unsafe and seems not to be in the best condition. The elevators are very small, only 2 people with luggage can get in.

the breakfast is awesome!!! it has pool for everyone, the kids pool, the big one is great and also you have one cover pool with hot water.. was so nice

I payed for dinner include but the drinks are not included :( and you need to order drink from the options that they provide, also the car park is not included you must pay for it

This place is a resort located downtown with everything you need. 3course Diner at the restaurant was great, breakfast as well. My room was spacious enough, and let me not forget about the super friendly staff day and night.

The hotel is a little old but a very good one especially for family guests. Had a big and quiet room with comfortable beds and nice town view. The location is good and safe, the hotel pools offer good refreshment to the guests, its breakfast is excellent, its staff very friendly and helpful, they also offer good trip advises and services for taxi / Uber bookings. We enjoyed our stay there.

Somewhat odd design of the shower location.

So the staff amazing - I spoke to at least 4 different receptionists and they were all very attentive thoughtful and wanted to help. The room was big and the beds were very comfortable. There’s a representative of a travel agency in the main hall and she too was very nice - we booked everything through her and the prices were competitive.

The elevator situation is difficult- the 3 elevators are slow and there’s always a queue in peak hours like breakfast, lunch and dinner. The structure is in need of a make over specially at the indoor pool area. But overall I would recommend this place.

The beds were big enough and and the stuff was friendly. Dinner was nice but could get something similar at a lowe price elsewhere. The agencies down stairs have very reasonable tour guided options some ended up being cheaper that what we saw them for on other sites.

We put the sign for the rooms to be cleaned but that didn't result in changing of sheets, or getting new towels even the bed was not made, which was very disappointing. The walls are very thin could hear water running from the other rooms. The lifts are also really small.
